Hotel Imperial Executive

Please Do not STAY at this Hotel. No Parking,No Complimentary Water Bottle,No Cattel or Tea maker,No Key for Rooms as they have not recharge the Keys account.Dirty Rooms & Wash rooms.No Proper Cupboard,Lots of Dirt,Dirty cealing fans,Check for Photos which I have Uploaded.No Value for Money.I have Informed Make My Trip but they did not bothered to Switch the rooms.I am Booking every month by Make by trip but they dont care for their coustomer.They should not recomend such Worst Hotels on their site for professional bussines travels. Their where mosquitoes ,Cockroches and Bed Bugs where I had to stay. Not Expected from Make My Trip.Please Please Please Do Not waste your Money with this HOTEL.

There cannot be worst hotel than this in the heart of Mumbai city less of a hotel more of a slaughter house ...i have not seen a bad hotel than this in 30 years of regular travelling experience in my life till now

Room is very dirty. Toilet cover broken. Elevator is extremely dirty. Hallway is smelling. Staircase is very dirty and slippery. Realised when elevator failed. Not recommended to stay.

The location of the property and size of room are the only good things about the stay. other than that it's pathetic. I had booked signature suits but the hotel gave me a deluxe room for my entire stay. Rooms are big, not maintained.. dirty linens.. bed bugs.. moist .. bath room looks fine but actually taps, levers etc are broken .. there are no toiletries, no fridge, no tea pot, no free water.. in breakfast only poha/tea / sandwich is available .. only veg food u can order from the hotel kitchen ..outside food not allowed.. incase u got it from Swiggy they won't give u cutlery to eat.. except few other waiters are full on attitude and ready to fight .. they say visitors not allowed and harass if any of ur guests comes to meet .. where as they allow local to party in rooms overnight .. not safe for the family/ female travelers .. you never know who will knock on ur door at what time I had stayed earlier but this time my experience is worst .. the management are not customer friendly rather they send waiters to argue n shout if u demand a promised service Airconditioner doesn't work properly .. they have inbuilt cut off system .. be careful of open electricity panels especially if u with kids.. noisy outside won't let u take rest during day.. it is advisable to stay in a guest house rather than staying here.. once u booked the room you won't get money back from these goons so CAREFUL

location is ok walking distance from station. Food Quality is Good. But staying experience is very bad. I have booked super deluxe room. but they will provide average ac room. Non working A.C Condition. No mirror in Room, No excheuse Fan or No Air circulation in Bathroom. Non working jet spray, Cockroch found in Room. They Did not clean the room even after instructed. only 1 towel provided between 2 person. they excuse that laundry is not come. Very bad experience at this Rate.

i booked this hotel twice while on my stay staff disturbed me, 1st it was house keeping staff knocked the door which i didn't ordered, 2nd time on my stay they knocked bcoz house staff knocked bcoz they want to upload some tubelights in room which i declined. This behaviour of house keeping or staff is very bad.

Twice i booked this hotel, both the time they disturbed me 1st was home staff delivery wrong room order, 2nd was home staff wants to uploads some bulbs in room, this is very bad disturbing someone when the room is booked

Hotel rooms are very poor and hazardous to health. I got my room switched 2 times as i found bed bugs and too many cockroaches in both the rooms.

Rooms are not same as photos, very dirty hotel, rooms are so dirty n filty guys don't waste your money by booking this hotel

Location and food is good but they need to clean the rooms regularly. The bar on the 6th floor is amazing

Cockroach, no breakfast / food, no complimentary drinking water, no room cleaning even on 2 night stay, only soap in washroom supplies, dirty linens and dustbin. This is a very very basic hotel at high price. Avoid at all cost unless you get it for less than a thousand per night.

There was no proper administration, poor service, unreasonably high price for the superior room, sofa was removed by the earlier customer as per them, water heater was not working. Bill also was not provided on the correct name. Simply horrible experience.

Very terrible hotel. Please do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast order with staff too much fight very limited items you can choose and all are chargeable. When we booked our room including breakfast free. Very bad experience. Regards harpreet bakhshi

Hotel was okay, pics are different and actually hotel rooms are different. Also water is not provided by hotel. Drinking water is chargeable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the room i was assigned to was quite disappointing. The first thing i noticed upon entering the room was a strong musty odor that was difficult to ignore. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly ventilated in quite some time. Additionally, the room itself seemed quite old and dated. The furniture and decor were worn and could use updating. While i understand that some hotels may have older rooms, it was disappointing to not have a more comfortable and modern experience. Overall, my stay was negatively impacted by the unpleasant odor and outdated atmosphere of the room. I would recommend that the hotel invest in renovating their older rooms to provide a better experience for their guests.
