To all the customer who intend to book this hotel. Initially the room cleanliness was pathetic all spot mark on the bedsheet like pillow like it was given after someone make out on the bed and they just gave to next customer, switches broken, towels like shit, then next day power cut and then this guy saying its only 5 min despite almost 1 hr and no Ac working in such a hot climate imagine you paying so much. Next was support from make my trip they want to compensate by giving money rather than when i asked you cancel the booking and put in my wallet so that i can book another hotel but they said hotel doesn't allow ... so if u have paid you are stuck with them ... then next day after power cut out hotel staff said we will refund and i told make my trip guy that you cancel i will book another he said i have escalated the matter to senior and within 5 min you will get a call but no one called.

This is a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star place as listed. Rooms and the related furnishings are worn out and clearly show decay. There is no lobby area for drop off or pickup and being on a busy street, difficult to cross over. Presence of gate man for arrival or check out assistance. Room A/C or exhaust fan in the bathroom are very noisy. Restaurant is in the basement where the lift doesn't go, has small seating capacity and the breakfast menu . Took very long time to checkout.

I think as I booked they provided us the worst room ( specially toilet) no.405. As in the 2nd day bathroom flodded with water. After requesting they changed the room to 406.
