The receptionist was very polite , the rooms and bathroom are clean with adequate toiletries. They also have good breakfast buffet and options for dinner , the place is located in very quiet , peaceful and safe neighborhood.

We are very pleased with our stay in the hotel because ..location is very convenient and we could travel easily in all directions. Food was also excellent....one of us is a vegetarian...there was both veg and nonveg food of our choice. What we liked most was there was a small park adjacent to the hotel where we could go for walks at any time.

Pros: Bed and food was ok. No complaints there. So, of you are a tourist and want to stay over, its fine. Cons: People at the reception have no clue of customer service. I reached out to them for bad Wifi and they kept repeating the same at me. WiFi is BAD!!! I had to use my mobile hotspot to take office calls. So if you are travelling with laptop, this is NoT the hotel. Hotel area is a bit clingy. Not enough space to walk or stretch your legs. Staff at the food section hardly interact or ask if you want anything. You have to figure your way out.

See Hotel location was all almost fine, but as per the price they have charged, I was charged 4400 per night so charges for the room the facility which they are giving is not up to the mark. I was staying in their premium room, the floor was that it was a wooden floor. It was kind of a little bit damaged the AC, which was there in the room. It was though it was cooling the room, but the throw of the air was not there, and it was very old AC, basically, some 8 to 10 years old AC. Food was good, but services was very poor for a Chapati for one Chapati they took around 15 minutes to deliver. There was nobody to basically handle the customers in the restaurant, and this is what my experiences.

staff were good in behaviour. Rooms were clean but need to focus on more amenities for this price. Single toothbrush, toothpaste, towels and and napkins isn't enough for two individuals. Valvue for money isn't worth with this price.

soloLocation is off the mark and even the local food delivery boys could not find the hotel location few times while delivering the food at hotel location. Room service is pathetic. In my whole 3 days stays no one had come to clean my room. Breakfast had very limited options. For the price i have paid the food option in breakfast could have been better. At the same tariff one can have better options in andheri west.

location is good.. wide road .. but the garbage dozen trucks stand at walkable distance from the hotel .. it smells a lot if you want to roam on the road. rooms were good big windows is a thumbs up. little over priced if you book. heard a customer paying a lot lesser.
