facility was centrally located and easy to access. The house was nice but infested with cockroaches everywhere. on the bed, bathroom, kitchen. thorough cleaning is required Do not book with breakfast, it's a waste. Surash the caretaker is nice, minimal intervention. no daily housekeeping, internet is extremely slow

room was very very small and was not worth the money paid for it .

Worst experience. Requested to check in 1/2 hr early. Not accepted. Kitchen is bad no clean. Bathroom is not clean. Breakfast is worst. Hot water not coming. Totally not good place to stay

Very bad. Building having construction. Small room. Breakfast is terrible. No tea coffee for breakfast. Pests in kitchen area. Overall not recommended.

आईआईटी में पढ़ रहे बच्चों के अभिभावक यहां नजदीक के कारण रहते है , पर उनके मजबूरी का पूरा फायदा यहां उठाया जाता है , यहां बहुत ही खराब है रहने के लिए, स्टाफ कोई कॉपरेटिव नहीं है , कुछ बात पर केवल पैसा ठगने के लिए तैयार है ,मैंने प्री बुकिंग करवाया था जो नॉन रिफंड था ,जिसके कारण और फंस गया था । सर्विस भी बहुत ही खराब है ,इनके ऑफिस में भी कॉल नहीं लगता है अगर बात भी हुआ तो उसको भी केवल पैसा से ही मतलब है । निष्कर्ष - यह रहने लायक नहीं है इसमें आप केवल ठगा महसूस करेंगे।

Property is at prime location and commute is easy to any partnof andheri, vikrohli or goregaon. Rooms are very well organised and maintained well. Staff is cordial and responsive to requests. Got to eat some good food of my own choice prepared by cook available at the apartment. Overall a good experience

I feel for solo this suggestion is horrible. Washroom seats were used. Bath towel were dirty bed was dirty i have found bugs as well. No inside lock was working as a security reason. Ac was giving hot air cooling was not working. It was horrible experience

Property is decent. - i booked room with breakfast and the caretaker mentioned they have stopped giving breakfast from a day before. - i booked for three guests and got only two beds and when asked for extra mattress caretaker was asking for extra 700 bucks. Worst experience

The caretaker denied cleaning the curtains saying it's not the turn of this particular room so it cannot be cleaned. In lieu of the same make my trip offered me a discount coupon. Just wow!

It was nice to stay at that price range. But we have some big problem the care taker cant speak english he is a good man but its very difficult to communicate

Caretaker was disgusting, manager was disgusting. Their behaviour was totally nonsense. I suggests everyone to not stay there. I give 0 out of 10
