Had quite a few issues while staying here, did not get the details of lock box until I called them, ac wasn’t cooling in one room on 1st night-they fixed, geyser switch did not work-they fixed, balcony was very dirty and dusty while we booked this place because of balcony pics and it couldn’t be accessed, balcony door did not close and even though host said it’s safe I wasn’t convinced, kitchen draws had cockroaches, lift doesn’t work post 12 and you need to climb 5 floors, you can’t order food post 10pm means you have to walk up and down 5floors to get food, firestick doesn’t work until you give the wire a nudge. Beds were comfortable and we slept well,basically weren’t in property all day and wouldn’t stay here again. The worst was our property was accessed without our permission, host did not care to apologise, I had valuables and did not appreciate this at all. I was asked everyday if cleaning could access and I denied and on 3rd day they accessed without my permission!!!Makemytrip tried to sort, I would give them that.

groupThere was no 24/7 staff support available, no proper bed sheet or blanket were given even after several demand but the for the time when the staff was available he was polite and well behaved.
