Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We had booked a room for 2 days, but from the second day's afternoon onwards, the bathroom water supply stopped working. Despite multiple requests to the manager, there was no resolution, and we were repeatedly told that it would be fixed within 10 minutes. No alternative arrangements were made, which was unacceptable considering the amount we paid. The room was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos, with a lot of dust inside despite being air-conditioned. We also encountered bed bugs, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bed was too close to the wall, making it uncomfortable for two people to share. Overall, the experience was not worth the paid amount, and we were extremely dissatisfied with the service.

The hotels situated in a very dirty lane. It has a masjid next door which starts azan at 6 am and continues throughout the day at regular intervals. The breakfast they serve is low grade. 2 bada paws and a cup of tea. Rooms are very small and compact. They don't deserve a three star rating.

After i checked-in, the room, room was neat and clean, but there was a bad smell in the room. I had booked room on ep as most of the time i was outside of the hotel, but one day i ordered a loo paratha with chai, in the morning. Chain was perfect, but the aloo paratha, that was like atta paratha, there was not any potato mixed in paratha, it was just wheat, that day was hectic for me as i suffered stomach pain. The room service is also good, few things the hotel management needs to look are: 1:provide good food. 2:provide slippers for washroom. 3:keep a mosquito repelent in the room. 4:keep any good air freshner in the room as well as in the washroom.

The room was small, unlike what is shown in the mmt listing. They have just 1 room of that setup. All other rooms are small. They gave a 3 bed room and extra bedding in the name of a quadruple room. The room was clean and new. Hot water was always available in the bathroom. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I had booked super delux room with queen bed but they provided regular delux room also the service is also not satisfactory. The waiters tend to enter in room every time without permission when called for service. For ex i have called at reception for breakfast order but they sent a guy to take order when i opened door he came inside without permission
