Welcome desk and reception doesn't really care about guest check in. Busy with there own jokes and all. No bell boy for luggage.

Average Stay
The location is closeby to the airport. But the rooms & hotel seemed average & slightly uncomfortable. The toilet was smaller than shown on website.

Verity of food not available in break fast and there is no choice to take swingy and zometa order.
Stay is cool but few things which they need to modify. Like no phone in common area and no almira in room to hanging the clothes

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The rooms were decent for the price, but terrible service. No outside food or guests allowed.

The hotel staff is not at all cooperative. They are very rude and do not have basic facilities like comb or hair oil for the room. The breakfast service is also very slow. Most of the people left from the breakfast table without having proper food due to very slow service. They even asked me to pay them 5 rupees for the hair oil.

The only good thing, it’s close to airport. Rest, they don’t allow outside food delivery. There is stable house club which i guess is a property of this hotel only and this creates lot of noise due to loud music playing till late night.

Not a place for light slepers
Loud music vibrating thru your pillow till 1:40am. If you are a light sleeper. Not the hotel for you. I booked for 3 nights but left in 2 nights as i didn't get sleep. There's a bar with loud music on 2nd floor & 7th floor i complained at midnight at reception to turn volume down. But nothing happened otherwise hotel location food+ room all are good

Hotel beds are not comfortable. Asked staff to change mattress they advised to do floor mats. Which was not expected by any guests in hospitality management. Also did not provided any other room which has good bed to sleep
