when i went to hotel they said ticket is 2500 instead of 1200 or something thats shown on website so correct that

I came to the hotel late on the day of check in, and to my surprise and shock, my room was given away to someone else. The desk did not check with me before doing this. They just started informing other members of the staff with no ownership of the fault. After a 30 minutes long argument, the person on the reception took me to a different hotel 5 minutes away from this one, and allotted me a room which was very pathetic. The mouse in the room ate the pack of chocolate I had kept near the side table. I tried complaining the owner but he/she did not answer that night. Can't tell how bad an experience this was for me. And they would never refund what was paid to them already.

We had a booking at Powai Palace on 12th June 2025 and were expected to arrive by the check-in time. However, due to unforeseen delays, we reached the hotel around 10:30 PM. Upon our arrival, the receptionist informed us that no rooms were available and arranged alternative accommodation at a different hotel named Powai Residency. As we were exhausted from our journey and had no other immediate options, we had no choice but to proceed to the alternate hotel. Unfortunately, the room provided at Powai Residency was extremely small. It had just enough space for a bed, which was tightly fitted between three walls, leaving barely any room to move around — only one person could stand in the remaining space. Additionally, we were charged for a bottle of water, which we felt should have been complimentary given the situation.

Property Facilities are very bad

It was a bad experience. First of all they doubted whether the room was really booked because their system did not reflect their staff kept on talking loudly and the same was audible, when my guest needed rest and was sleeping that too during the midnight hours. Overall, rude staff and absolutely confused will never book powai palace and wont recommend the same to anybody

Room was too small. Very bad condition of washroom. Not suitable for business class people.
