Subject: Feedback on Recent Hotel Experience Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I have been a loyal customer of your organization for over three years, utilizing your services for hotel and flight bookings both nationally and internationally. My experiences have generally been very positive, but unfortunately, I recently encountered one of the worst experiences of my life at the Atlantic Hotel. The staff at the Atlantic Hotel seemed untrained and lacked basic manners when interacting with customers. It felt more like a lodge than a respectable hotel. They were unwilling to provide a copy of the bill and repeatedly changed their commitments to me regarding the services promised. The level of arguing and confrontational behavior was astonishing; I felt as though I was in a fish market, where even the vendors are more polite. As a dedicated customer, I kindly request that you reconsider offering or recommending such hotels in order to maintain MakeMyTrip's reputation in the market. This experience was extremely disappointing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Shady as it can get!
Horrible service and hospitality. Very shady hotel. It's no where close to what is shown in the pictures. Very average rooms and not worth

Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant stay very near to juhu beach which gives a marvelous view of the sea. Sunset is attraction. Bathroom, food everything are great. Thank you atlantic.

The price is very high, but the room's cleanness is worse, the smell is not nice, and the telephones are broken. Not value for money

View is good and walkway from juhu beach. Food is good. Room could have been but better. But overall the view surpass the most positive thing

businessRoom was in horrible condition. Cockroach was roaming outside almirah. Dirty room and dirty washroom bed was also not up to the mark

familyLocation is very good, near to beach, hotel room is bit congested, services are average, never book cabs from hotel, you can rather book ola, uber rest again hotel location is amazing.
