Hotel Blue Wellington

Poor hotel, area around was not good. WiFi issues faced. Room had a very unpleasant smell. Staff was not friendly.

I didn't consume food from this avenue. However, the room was not spacious and the bed was not comfortable. The fan was noisy and annoying, very disturbing in sleeping.

When we reached to the location, the hotel was inside some industrial area. The staff did not provided us welcome drink and the rooms were not clean. There are always noise coming from the hotel. The details which were mentioned website, actually the hotel has not provided any single service as mentioned in the description of booking. Will never go to such hotels ever.

The photos were different from what was shown. The location was very isolated. Moreover they didn’t have an early check in option. The hygiene was also not very good and they were asking for 1500 for a 4 hour stay which was very expensive.

Linen had insects in the first room allotted and another room had hair. Finally, a third room was given. Not a well-maintained property.

Paid 1000 rs as an early charges. Also room quality and staff behaviour are not good enough. Total waste of money. It was very worst experience ever. First of all when i reached to hotel off-course was 1 hours early but still they have charged 1000 Rs as an early check in charges. After that once I enterned the room the room is dirty and bathroom is also not proper clean. In this room, I feel like somebody have recently in this room. The room lock was also not working properly. Staff behaviour is also not good.

best hotel to stay and clean and tidy and the staff is so polite and cooperative and prime location with easy transport

Hotel staff was okay but room untidy latches are broken only key lock that can easily open from outside, looks like broken la hes from outside and all rooms don't have 1 percent network so unable to use mobile ,at outdoor there is full network only in hotel area 0 percent network both airtel and jio, hotel visitors looks like escorts srvices, hotel nearby locations also unsafe, hotel may me miss uses it's totally unsafe for decent family and girls.

The staff were really great they provided great service. The hotel rooms were clean. The location for me was great as it was near to the airport.

Location is easily accessible from mumbai international airport. Cleanliness is stayworthy. Behaviour of staff personnel is enthusiastic. Great

Everything is good—the location, rooms, and hotel staff are also very nice. However, the price is slightly higher compared to other properties. The staff is friendly as well. Everything is fine.

The hotel was really terrible. The entrance was like a dump yard. There were rats, cockroaches, and all insects. We couldn’t even stay there for an hour. The staff and the owner of the hotel behaved as if he did not seen human beings. He does not know how to treat customers. He has taken signatures of all the guest (my family members) and attested aadhar card. He also made all the guest sign on his hotel register There is just a board mentioned hotel blue wellington. It does not look like a hotel. It looks like a cattle shed.

Worst

Me and my sister had a great time in the hotel. The rooms were clean. The service was quick. And the food was good. All the staff were polite. We felt comfortable there
