Outpost@Alibaug

I stayed at Outpost in Alibaug and honestly, it’s not worth the price they charge. The beach is far away, breakfast isn’t included, and the whole place feels neglected and half-abandoned. For the kind of money they ask, you’d expect at least the basics like a mini fridge or simple comforts you’d find in even a 2-star hotel, but none of that is there. The only redeeming thing about this stay was the staff — the service really did try to make the best out of a bad situation. They were polite and helpful, but beyond that, the property itself just doesn’t deliver. It charges like a five-star, but in reality, it’s far from it. Definitely not worth recommending.

Lots of negatives, only a few positives: Positives: 1. Food was good, taste and spread-wise. 2. Games room and mini movie theatre are good and well mainta 2. Service was good, staff was polite and courteous Negatives: 1. Room was pathetic. Not maintained at all, bathroom and washroom were smelly. 2. Room didn't have all the amenities 3. All the furniture in the room was very old and not maintained, bathroom shower was not working, walls had patches, leakage smell all over the place

The property is located in a wonderful location , however the property is not well maintained with Fungus on room walls also limited Food option for Non vegetarians in Indian and Chinese. They only have Non-Veg option in Italian which is not right. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming

We stayed for 2 days from 2nd-4th August, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Booked Deluxe room which was spotless, spacious, and quie. They’ve garden area for kids and swimming pool which was cleaned and care taker who used to guide you with details related to pool as there were some tiles removed which might hurt you. Food was top notch whatever we ordered from their 2 restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend Outpost Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. The attention to guest comfort, excellent amenities, and friendly staff made my stay memorable. I will definitely return for my next trip!

Very well managed, good service, clean room, good food, multiple restaurants and cusines, 10min drive to Kihim beach.

It was a great experience in outpost, Superb property and staff was also good. I recommend to everyone to stay in outpost if any one making a plan to visit alibuag.

I had plans of staying 2 days, which I curtailed to 1 day because of the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist. They neither welcomed us upon arrival nor informed the amenities available in the resort, rather asked to refer an one pager print out. Though my wife and daughter availed spa facilities, the spa treatment wasn't upto the mark and abruptly ended the massage. Quality of food available in both the Indian and Italian restaurant was good, but expensive. Breakfast spread was ok. Rooms were not tidy and clean, which the management can look into.

Amazing location. Wonderful property. Neat, clean & spacious rooms with beautiful views. The staff is polite, dedicated & hard working. Few down sides: Equipment in play area are poorly maintained. Tree house roof leaks. Food is expensive for the current standards. Understaffed.

It's a good property. Some of the Food was great, like garlic bread and indian but didn't like the breakfast or the pizza. Location is another negative, it's too far from the beaches. But really liked the rooms.

Stay was comfortable. Kids really enjoyed at Swimming Pool. Food quality was awesome. Overall satisfied.

resort is ok ok but the rates of stay n food are pretty high. since it's old resort most of the bathroom doors, other amenities activities are in bad phase. even their buddha idol kept in sports arena is broken but still on front desk. I would advise them to update first n then demand the price.

Stay was very good. I hv left my bracelet in room 203 but housekeeping said they haven't found any. I m sure of leaving it in the balcony. I hv the pics too. Kindly return if anyone in staff got it. Thanks and regards

Property is good but restaurants service is very slow at their Indian restaurant however their Italian restaurant is too good.

We like ambience of property but room was not cleaned properly. Food is okok not that much good and costly.

Place was beautiful.. our stay was amazing and pleasant.. food is also good.. location was good travel wise too and facilities were good but one suggestion please give bathrobe and slippers next time

we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The place was clean and well managed. The team was welcoming and made our entire stay enjoyable.

Very good property for family outings. Very well maintained. One can spend a good amount of time across swimming pool, play zones, restaurants, trees etc.

fantastic location, lot of things to do within resort. the pool and restaurant are good as well. the electrical switches on the rooms are bit old and do not work sometimes but we enjoyed our stay a lot.
