There were almost no facilities available except the room. It's one hour journey from Ferry terminal. no water.power cut few times.no tea. coffee. nothing. the restaurant was empty. breakfast has been arranged from outside. no toileteries except medimix soap. corridor was not so clean. mosquito bites at night. pathetic stay.please don't book the resort. big wastage of money.

food quality to be improved.Breakfast complimentary items to be increased . We had order chicken lolypop for the dinner and it was very bad taste.These things to be improved.

⭐ 1 Star Terrible experience – Would not recommend Had the worst experience at White House Beach Resort. The rooms were not clean at all – stained sheets and dusty corners. No hot water provided despite multiple requests. The overall cleanliness was poor throughout the property. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they improve their service and hygiene standards.

The hotel ambience is completely different from what is shown on the website. It is nothing worth the price paid at all. The quality of the crowd in the hotel were below average and they were making noise well past midnight. The hotel staff were helpless. There were frequent electrical outages as well and The generator backup was not sufficient enough to run the fan, forget about running AC It was really difficult to stay in this hotel.

Third class facilities. No power, water, hot water. It was very dirty also. I’ll recommend not to visit

unhygenic food, dirty rooms. photos on internet are very nice but really is different. when we ask to refund our money, your customer care refused it. 10000/- loss hua hamara. we hv not got any support from make my trip about our money.

The place is under construction/ renovation. There is no coordination between the staff working there and they do not have any information of on-line bookings and what does the guest package includes.

Swimming pool was not clean, bad odour in rooms. The photos which are given are very different from the real one.

Rooms are not cleaned. after asking new blanket they have not provided cleaned and nit. Food quality is also not good.

The property is in very dire condition. i booked 2 rooms and both were very poorely maintained. No Gygine and no cleanliness at all. Both the rooms had cockroaches in Rooms and bathrooms. When complained about it they said all rooms r like that..we cant help it..still upon insisting we got another room which also had cockroaches..very bad property and service...

The place was very fantastic, and staff are very helpful, they provide all services, food 🍲was fresh and testy, my family enjoying very well, room was very comfortable😊 I wish to visit again this place.

Starting with pictures on app and reality is totally different. This is where starts. you need to call for towel, soap. pathetic service. please donot book this property. the only advantage is close to beach.

Average stay. The rooms are bigger and the staff are good. the location is also nice near to the beach but I found a hygiene issue. The toilet was not up to the mark what they charged for a day. It is also missing the water heater.
