Nilaya Nest Away.

The property was into very interiors, the room was not cleaned properly. There were hairs all over rhe bed and the washrooms were not clean. Utensils also were very dirty. The property is not worth the price they charge. A/c does not work and the bed frame was broken. The electricity comes and goes too much especially entire day, in night the electricity is still better.

Property location was not good, road to property was very small, property was not maintained for example: the playroom toys and equipment were outdated, limited food options, room furniture needs a revamp for the price they demand, staff was well behaved.

We booked this place just because of the listed services , it feels like scam .. no network no Wi-Fi , no cleanliness, no lift

Location is very inside from main road, no Service, Cleaning is not proper, too expensive and money not worth.

Food was good

The property is extremely over priced. The cleaning of the room when handed over was way below par. Dirty mattress, sofa and bedsheets were provided. All the utensils submitted in the room were not cleaned properly. Buffet was not offered, we had to order from the menu. Games and swimming pool were good. Maintenance of the property and room need really good upgrade.

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding some ongoing issues I have been experiencing during my stay. 1. **Power Supply Issues**: In late night, there is no dedicate support from staff to start generator during power cut issue. 2. **Television Not Working**: The TV in my room has also not been operational, further contributing to the discomfort of my stay. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. 3. **Road Conditions**: The road leading to the property is in poor condition, making access challenging. It seems quite far from the main road, and better maintenance of this access point would be beneficial for all guests. 4. **Beach Proximity**: While the location is advertised as being close to the beach, it is approximately 1.2 km away. This could be misleading for guests who are seeking a more immediate beach experience. 5. **Staff Proactivity**: Finally, I believe that the staff could be more proactive in addressing these issues. A more attentive approach would enhance the overall guest experience significantly. 6. Food Quality : Need to improve non veg quality food mainly Lunch & Dinner etc. Also, requested to add light food like idli & mendu wada in morning breakfast items. We had a very good stay at Nilaya. The staff was very polite and helpful. Swimming Pool was neat and clean and food was too tasty. I would love to visit again for peaceful stay.

The property is located close to the beach, and in a very peaceful location. It is a privately owned property, and very well maintained. The swimming pool is very well maintained, clean and hygienic. The food was excellent at minimal costs. 24x7 room service was available, and the hospitality staff were very friendly and helpful.

The stay was good. the best part was the number of games that are available to play for kids. Kids enjoyed playing in pool with pool balls (not many resorts keep small balls for kids to enjoy in water). Food quality was medium. only cons for the resort was the approach road was very narrow (one car width of road) and without much street lights. another good part was having a refrigerator and small kitchen area inside room.

The location was perfect offering easy access to near by attractions rooms are clean spacious with all necessary amenities in room. Staff is attentive and friendly making sure that our needs should meet I also loved the pool and stew gym equipment’s over all great stay I would recommend to my family and friends

Clean and comfy Resort in Alibaug. We had a wonderful stay in Nilaya Nest Away, Resort. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.

The stay was comfortable and wonderful at Nilaya Nest Away. The food served at the place was well prepared and cooked , the quantity was sufficient for all of us. Our experience was very wonderful. Would highly recommend to book a Stay at Nilaya Nest away and enjoy stay cation .

Hotel is very near to nagaon beach which enabled us to visit the beach without any hassle. The food was very delicious. We ordered both veg & non- veg, and with both dishes we got very good taste. Hotel staff was also helpful. Swimming pool was well maintained & was having separate section in pool for children and adults.

Property is great. It has everything to enjoy great weekend. Swimming pool is big. Indoor games. Restaurant etc was good

Location road is narrow. No buffe organized for breakfast. Room was not maintained. Water fixtures and water quality was not good & not makntained. No discipline by guests, doors were open post mid night and people were laughing creating discomfort to others. Governance was missing.
