Sia Resort

The resort is far away from the main road. Many auto drivers refused to drop us there. They did not clean the room when we went there. The room had a bad smell, hairs all over the room, and the bathroom was dirty. No amenities were there as mentioned on the website. They refused to do housekeeping when we told them. Overall the experience was terrible. Will not recommend this resort to anyone.

Property's location is far away from the main road, auto driver's refuse to drop us there. We did not tried any food there but looking at the amenities and services provided I feel there is nothing to expect from the food part as well. The room was smelling, hair's were all over in the room, bathroom and room was not cleaned when we reach there they cleaned it after we complain about it. Overall a terrible stay will not recommend it.

The property was ok put the pool was not clean and the restratraunt has no tandoor

Cons: Location is terrible with around 1 km of unpaved road. Poor quality of food. No taste and limited variety. Very limited kids play area. Small and crowded pool. Poorly maintained property as lifts were not working. Pros: Big and spacious rooms. Lush greenery around the resort. Peace and silence around the resort. Birds chirpings in the mornings. Near beach ⛱️

no responce to requet for cancellation by hotel and MmT despite multiple calls not sure of status kos reschedule -refund

It was a great stay at the property. Staff was extremely helpful and provided Adhoc services. Great for family and couples :)

Food taste was good. Options were less in breakfast. It was a nice location but bit difficult to reach because of the narrow roads.

This is a very quiet and good place, the rooms are so clean and the property is soo good, i had a good weekend.

Location is nice, although the approach road not so much. One should opt for a super deluxe room. Saw a snake in my room’s toilet which we flushed eventually. Other than the leaking ac, shekhar and team took care of us very well. Food is nice and the property is well maintained.

Resort is good. Service and food is nice. Only the road going to resort has many potholes. Those needs to be fixed.

Firstly, the property approach road is too narrow for two 4-wheelers to pass by each other. And property was looking a bit not maintained. Otherwise for the cost for staying it was a good deal. Swimming pool was maintained well. Stay + food as a package would be costly. Rather book for only stay and order food on a-la-carte. It would save some money. Food tastes well here. Only issue that you would not be served with early tea, if you want some, as the chef arrives after 8am only. Rest was all good

Very inhospitable and un cooperative staff with lot of arrogance and in helpful nature . The only motive was to some how earn money . Lot of mismanagement ..

Firstly access to this property is difficult, as it is located about 800m away from the main road and the roads are unpaved and very narrow. Secondly, necessary amenities like tooth brush and paste weren’t provided for the huge amount they charge. Rooms were decent but furniture were little old. However the pool was maintained well and refreshments provided were nice. Overall the property was decent but could be maintained much better.

Property location is awesome and lots of greenery outside and inside of the property and the swimming pool is clean and food is so delicious & tasty and you will receive your food in just 10 to 15min. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Staff was good but hotel was not that clean. Room cleaning time was only between 2-5 pm restaurants is not clean

The place is worth its price but the main issue is with the road. The road leading to the resort is very narrow, allowing only one car to pass at a time. If another vehicle approaches from the opposite direction, there is no space to give way to that vehicle. You would have to reverse your vehicle, and since the road is slightly curved, it's difficult to do so. I witnessed a car driver and an auto-rickshaw driver getting into a fight because they scratched each other's vehicles while trying to give way. If you are arriving in your own vehicle, such as a car or a traveller, it's better to search for other options. I would recommend booking this resort only as a last option.

Resort is very nice. I enjoy so much nice experience. Nice weather and stuff also good Thank you so much for memorable trip food also very nice Property is also good. Location wise little bit insight but OK.

The property location was good. But the facilities were not up to the mark. The in-room amenities were average, but the pool access is restricted which isn't shared beforehand while booking.

Property was good, well maintained, location is bit inside from the road but it's good to give urself a pleasant visit. Food was very nice, amenities & service was also awesome. Must visit place

The washroom exhaust fan was not working so the bathroom was getting a bad smell. Breakfast was not having options also fruit or juice was not available. So food was not kids friendly. Also very narrow road to reach until property that is not in good condition.
