location of the property is near the Nagaon beach, hence found it suitable. food not used as non-veg was also served. I being vegetarian I had my food outside. staff and service were good. had a relaxed stay there.

The hotel staff was good polite and very friendly, The location was accessible, property was not maintained upto the mark, it requires cleanliness. Food was not good in taste.

The resort has a romantic vibe and is also quite family-friendly, making it a great place to unwind. The staff were genuinely polite and helpful throughout our stay, and the ambiance of the place really stood out — calm, peaceful, and perfect for a beach getaway. However, the food could definitely use some improvement, both in quality and variety. Cleanliness in certain areas also needs more attention. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time at Kia Woods Beach Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short, peaceful escape by the beach with their loved ones.

Stay was nice. Resort & rooms were well maintained. Staff was polite & friendly. Food was as per their local taste. But they can convert it as per your requirement.Beach was close to resort. Overall a nice stay.

Location is a major concern. The resort is tucked away in a narrow one-way lane called Sukhi Gali, about 1 km from the main road. This lane is prone to congestion, making navigation challenging. Parking is another issue. The resort's open parking area is limited, accommodating only 3-4 cars at a time, and requires precise driving skills to park without incident. Upon check-in, I found several issues with my room, including a non-functional TV and cable set-top box, which took 3-4 days to resolve despite multiple reminders. The room's utility space was also lacking, with no clothes hangers and a broken bathroom hanger. Other concerns include: - The swimming pool wasn't initially clean and required a request to the manager to address. - The intercom wasn't working, requiring calls from the room for service. - Room cleaning was irregular and needed follow-ups. - Bed sheets, pillow covers, and mattresses were old and of poor quality, with visible stains. - Food quality and quantity were average and insufficient, respectively, considering the extra charges. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort without reservations. While it may suit some, others may find the experience frustrating.

everything was nice, amazing hospitality,food was also nice but the room was small considering the amount they charge..we were excepting a little bigger room with some more furniture

We visited this in march second week and i must say we found it a good choice. Staff is very supportive and there is no rok tok as such. They provide big j bl speaker drum near the pool and pool is also quiet good with all amenities. Only con is you have to have your four wheeler to commute nearby and the very plus point is nagaon beach is at walk away only.

Very excellent hotel neet and clean, resort swing pool is good people are very polite. Beach is very near to resort and food is amazing

The property is beautiful, pools amazing and the breakfast served to us was pretty good. The rooms were tidy and well done up. All in all a very memorable stay only problem we faced was the in road leading to the property was rather bumpy and the music was a bit loud.

Only thing that was missing was breakfast not being included in the package otherwise the stay was phenomenal and was comfortable property was very well maintained.

The property is pretty new one with the best of amenities and also stones throw away from Nagaon beach - Alibaug. The most beautiful feature was the calm n silent stay alongside pristine nature view. On the other hand, you could also switch over to the roller coaster beach sports at minutes hopping distance. Furthermore, reference to WFH lifestyle, has good WIFI and locations which can be converted into workstations.😎

All good, perfect as per already described by other visitors. Beautiful resort, clean. Very close to nagaon beach. Only entrance shud have been bit smooth as the path not properly made
