Silver Sand Hotel

My stay experience was below expectations. Room cleaning was unsatisfactory. Room location was acceptable. Swimming pool maintenance was poor — I found a frog and dead mosquitoes in the water. Pillows were unclean and showed signs of fungus, which is unhygienic. Cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

one of the worst stays i have ever had in my life. For the price i paid it was utterly disappointing stay. firstly the location and approach was not great. There was no person as one got to the hotel. A cleaner somehow gave us a room which was very average. Food was below par and overall a bad place. The swimming pool was dirty and was badly kept. Lastly the pictures given are extremely misleading as the place is nowhere close to what is shown in the pictures. A highly avoidable place.

wifi, tv, wasnt operational despite regular reminders, at the end i had to switch the room, no water was provided and insisted to buy water

I had booked accommodation for 4 people, expecting sufficient space and comfort as advertised. However, upon arrival, the room provided was significantly smaller than expected and clearly not suitable for four guests. This caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. Given the mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered, I kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.

the location is easy to access,the property is clean, and the caretaker is very helpful made our stay memorable

Small but clean room, close to Nagaon beach, food ok, can have more amenities and games like TT, pool etc

The place was good. The best thing about the place was its food. The staff was co- operative and attentive. Also, its quite near to beach.

Overpriced property. Same amenities and food was offered in half of the rates in nearby properties of some kind. Food was average. Staff was very co operative. Overall experience when compared to money spend ws not at all satisfactory. Make my trip pols consider giving refund as the review of hotel given on app and actual experience is completely disheartening.

Pathetic hotel and not recommended at all for family not for even bachelors only a single guy was handling all the things in the hotel (cleaning, cooking ) it is in outer area way inside not safe for family at all. We had booked hotel for 24k bucks for two days, but when we entered the hotel, wibe was not good and my female members rejected the hotel right away and we left the property even after paying the entire amount. Now you can understand how bad it was. Worst them of all is makemytrip services, when i have explained all the issues to them, they didn't try to address the things and even makemytrip was not able to reach out to the owner. Now you can think about it how makemytrip can help you in case of any mishappening. Go for your risk only makemytrip will not do anything. All the reviews for this hotel are either bought or fake reviews, we had booked this hotel seeing those reviews only. Do not rely on those and check property first, i felt terrified there.

This was not a resort at all, this was like a poor quality home stay with poor rooms fully blocked by other hotels, loud music being play d around, no free space to sit and roam, overall it was very very poor

This is like a homestay not a professional hotel or resort. There are a bunch of hotels adjoining each other and loud music is played by all of them till late night. Food is good and home cooked but it has to be ordered in advance as there is no proper restaurant just home cooked food on order. Avoid if possible.

We stayed for two nights and three days in this hotel. The staff was very cooperative, and the food was so delicious. We enjoyed it. The facilities provided were very good. There was one issue with the door lock rather than everything is good. And one more important the hotel is near to the beach.

The property is clean, service is great and the people working there are very hospitable and helpful. The food is great. Pool is small but nice. Nagaon beach is on a walkable distance of 4-5 minutes. The view from the room is very beautiful.

The propert was just perfect for the price range, the only was the food not really wort g it and bit pricy for salt-less food

Stay was average and you will feel like you are staying at home but the service and care taker uncle was awesome they provide each and every thing on time service was awesome and food is tasty so if you are looking for budget stay it will be better to stay over here go for it

Stay was good but food was average
