The place was perfect near the multiple beaches had water and electricity backup and even a big parking area

Room was big, but need to maintain it well washroom could be better. Location was peaceful. Was expecting more comfortable beds.

The place is quiet and the rooms are big so as the owner's hospitality but there are major problems. 1- the mattress, pillows and blanket provided are very uncomfortable along with the double bed. A person with my height (6. 3) should not book this hotel at all. I should say anyone above 5. 9 shouldn't book it. 2 - roads leading to the place are a bit congested so if you have a sedan and a new driver, avoid this place. 3- frankly i was looking for the cheapest place to stay for a night so i bumped into this place otherwise i do not think this place is worth it. The owner is definitely very caring and kept on helping with details about the place, so 1 additional star for his hospitality.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was clean and tidy. The stay owner helped in giving suggestions on how to plan the itenary and also suggested good restaurants nearby.

Location is good for visiting nearby beaches in naigaon, akshi & alibaug. But no food restaurants nearby, you need to search for food or else homemade food you can order & they come to nest holiday home with utensils and deliver to you. Overall it was a comfortable stay with peaceful surroundings and nearby beaches.

Hot water arrangements were inadequate, electric geaser could’ve been better alternative. No AC was available which as of today is common everywhere. Still 3 of 5 for care taker behaviour n helpfulness.

No food available, not even water jug and glasses in the room. Only one bath towel per room, not based on number of people staying in the rom.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights. The place quite and serene except for the construction work happening beside. One would know when the work stopped. They don't provide food but the owner mr. Vishal helped generously with contact numbers of food providers. Caretaker readily gives attention and provides the needed things. We liked our stay here and wish to go again.

You get complete privacy and scenery is awesome

Every tap was leaking continuously in bathroom/toilet, thin blanket was given in winter, it was very difficult to reach to property, in tv only sound was audible video were having issue, after raising issue also nobody supported.

The location is superb. For parking we have lot of place. Caretaker was very quick. Our journey was peaceful

Nice and calm place to stay. Hotel does not serve food. Bit costly according to services provided.

Stay was overall good. The location is little hard to find/reach (although it's only 2.5 km away from Nagaon Beach) as we need to go via couple of narrow gully type roads but you can reach there via predefined route by Google maps. There was coverage issue in the mobile network in this area. You need to specifically ask to turn on the Wi-Fi (we were unaware about the Wi-Fi availability till we were about to leave the place and complained about no network availability to caretaker). The caretaker was helpful. Home made food provided in the vicinity was good.
