familyPeople managing the hotel are not only rude but are completely disinterested. I was shocked when the staff told me that if you want glass in the room, that is chargeable. The room size is decent, but have all type of crawling insects like spider. The property looks fairly new, but nothing in the room seems to work. Bathroom door, tv remote, soap dispenser, shower head - nothing worked! Pool was not clean at all, had all kinds of bugs in it. Pathetic service and people working there have no idea how to talk to guest.

Over Booking by Make My Trip

As this property was over booked, I was offered booking in a nearby property Coastal Gateway. Though they mention that Coastal Gateway property are only 1 year old. Room wise it was not in par to Encasa. I had to accept this offer as I had already booked my Commute and family was all hyped up.
