Review Of Encasa Resort

People managing the hotel are not only rude but are completely disinterested. I was shocked when the staff told me that if you want glass in the room, that is chargeable. The room size is decent, but have all type of crawling insects like spider. The property looks fairly new, but nothing in the room seems to work. Bathroom door, tv remote, soap dispenser, shower head - nothing worked! Pool was not clean at all, had all kinds of bugs in it. Pathetic service and people working there have no idea how to talk to guest.

As this property was over booked, I was offered booking in a nearby property Coastal Gateway. Though they mention that Coastal Gateway property are only 1 year old. Room wise it was not in par to Encasa. I had to accept this offer as I had already booked my Commute and family was all hyped up.

The staff is very humble & helpful, they provide all sorts of requests. The location is easy to find & the hotel for the price is nice as well.

Food and service is below average. Highly recommended to change the location of kitchen which has been kept at entrance itself. Whole corridor stinks due to it. Otherwise it's a good place to stay with family as rooms are quite clean. No
