Royal Farm Resort | Rooms & Pool

The stay was comfortable and staff was very accommodating yet a little laid back. Room quality could have been a little better as compared to value of money. Besides food was tasty. The room that we got was next to the reception so it raises privacy concerns, the room didn't have ceiling fan instead they provided with table fan (It was an AC room so not having ceiling wasn't a problem) Room claimed to have hot water supply for shower/bathing but the temperature of water was merely 2-3degrees warmer than normal water. Owners/care takers of the property were very nice but again not value for money coz room amenities, service could have been much better as per the cost.

booked room for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. The owners did not even bothered to inquire why we checked out early. No one is available on the reception. We have to call on the mobile for anything. It is a more of a homestay and not a resort. It says property like a 4 star but nowhere close to it.

Staff was cooperative, clean rooms. There is difference between pictures published and actual.

Location is reachable and not far from alibaug and nagaon beach. Homely made food which is usp of the stay. Need to work on room ambience and washroom. Overall stay is comfortable. Like it

Rooms are good and clean. Ambience outside is well maintained. Decent swimming pool for adults and kids. However needs improvement in food and has long wait times for preparation

Stay was good. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was ok. Dinner service needs improvement.

Hotel staff was not at all co operative. Hotel was very dirty. It seems we had wasted our money & time in that hotel

Overall experience is good, but i have booked single bed room & they gave me double bed room for single person where 6 person can sleep. Location was too good

Rooms we're average, swimming pool was not very clean, washrooms were small, food was very costly. Very near to market, near to beach via driving, overall ok experience, didn't feel worth for the amount i paid, check-in check-out time is point of concern. Thank you

The address on Google map leads you somewhere else. it's below average accomadation. food is super expensive and they take ages to serve you food.

Very disappointed with this place. The rooms were worse than a hostel. They were not well-maintained by any means. Moreover, the washrooms were unhygienic and disgusting. It was such an unpleasant experience that we checked out on the same day. Please save your money and stay at another place.

Room was not value for money also food. Expensive only swimming pool was good and clean

Bathrooms were not having any accessories. There were cockroach in bathroom. Bedsheet were little smelly. Otherwise rooms were quite big and must say food was amazing. Host were really good. Apart from this as mentioned in reviews about spa and gym which the property don't have should be removed from the list

The property has a great head of wonderful team at work to make you feel at home.
