Terrible Stay

We had breakfast included in the package. They gave us only one option for veg that is poha. And for non veg - egg bhurji and pav. We were pure veg but we were eating the same breakfast for 3 days so we asked if they could provide us with something else. They said we will prepare you aloo paratha. In the morning we ate 5 parathas. And later, they gave us a bill of 500. We said our breakfast is included. But they said only Poha is free other than that everything is chargeable. They should have said that but they did not inform us. Worst experience.

The only concern was the breakfast charge. As per our package, Poha is the complimentary item. The aloo parathas were prepared on your request and are chargeable, which is why the bill was added.
