Stay at resort was okay.. Room lock and geaser, cooling problem. So got to change room..

Hotel Rooms and passage in pathetic condition. Worst restaurant service.Dont book any rooms here. Not recommended

next level 3rd grade rooms ! no service at all ! rooms are dirty !

rooms were very bad and badly maintained. 90% food on menu was not available. even breakfast was lousy and cold. only staff were cooperative and supportive

The hotel is very dirty and lacks cleanliness. Everything needs to be followed again and again.A lot of payment is made, but there are no facilities.

The Deluxe room wall has a lot of Black spots on the wall. The bathroom is having leakage at the top. Breakfast was horrible. They haven't provided any bathroom kit for the bath and there was no basic handwash. They have provided Medimix small two soaps in the bathroom. No Ac Remote in Deluxe Room.

This HOTEL should be BLACKLISTED .PATHETIC SERVICE . We did not stay at this place We would like a refund to be issued asap as this place is not suitable for living. I'm a pregnant woman and not jeopardizing my health in a filthy and place filled with damp mould with four smell emitted from wet walls Attached pics are self explanatory

Property was not maintained well, was little aged property service was very slow.

Hygiene is nil..lot of mosquito.. cleanliness is very bad..dirty water in tap

very friendly staff and comfertable room food was good and the best part is the swiming pool was very clean n hygine highly recommended for family and kids looking forward to visit once again😊

very bad experience for me and my family. the photos which are being shown while booking are very old, the rooms and resort conditions are not the same way ( poor conditions). only swimming pool was in good conditions rest everything was in very bad condition.

they didn't supply water asking for several times and asked to come at reception & pool was good enough room cleaning was not done towels and bed was dirty not clean

Resort was giving lower catagory room and not which we have booked as per photos. No response and no support from receptionist. We became helpless because we made advance payment. Called customer care for help. Still initially property owner said no to them also. At last after spoiling our mood of trip we got room as per booking done. Never trust this coconut ivy resort and spa people. They are not reliable people. Showing good different photos while booking and then while check in giving lower category rooms. Water was coming from AC. Lots of mosquitos and tv was not working

Hotel room is not up to mark. No hot water. No toiletry provided. Many swiches not working, tv not working. Worst old ac making unpleasant sound. After so many efforts on 2nd day new room given. Still some issues are there

Property is not maintained properly. Damaged things inside the room, the ac, tv, doesn't work

We had a one day stay at alibag which made our stay a life long good experience 🤩 The morning in the swimming pool was a excellent experience just next to beach and would love to be back there.
