Overall a very bad experience, one called room service for tea but were given a vague reply of " I am alone, I will get tea at breakfast" Very poor for the amount charged

Stay was good, swimming pool was neat and clean, bunk room was good for Children’s. Alibagh was near hotel. Staff was good and corporations.

Hotel didn't have wifi, location was excellent, even food was good but no as per the menu card. Overall it was good.

the basic amenities such as bathroom slippers and breakfast option was not provided....even when asked for low sugar in coffee it was added in high quantity....the sugar they gave had ants and the rooms are no where near to shown in picture and the bathroom has worms similar toh kankajura.... really a bad experience

It was a pleasant stay at Ravikiran hotel , The rooms were clean and spacious , The food was also very good in the test , The kids play area was also good and clean . The swimming pool with kids slid was big and hygienic , and the overall experience was very good

The stay was pleasant and the staff were also really helpful. Great place for a family to enjoy their outing. As our rooms were next to the garden area, many insects and mosquitos were encountered inside our rooms. It would be good if the management adhere to frequent pest control measures. Regards, Chitra

Very nice stay. Rooms were spacious. Issue was with caterpillars in room - it was told that pest control is planned. Next is the food which is quite good for lunch/ dinner. But breakfast options are very limited - needs to be increased. Most important improvement area is the swimming pool which clearly was not clean. There was green algae on side walls of pool and that’s not good for health! This needs immediate attention.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Ravikiran, Alibag. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a good variety and taste. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. The swimming pool was well-maintained and added a fun element to the stay. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!

Rest all is excellent except the cleanliness of swimming pool and maintenance of indoor games. Also, variety of seafood dishes are not available. Overall, its a good stay and the staff is very polite while serving.

we arrived at hotel 31/1 (3 pm ) the room was ok .but towels were not that clean . swimming pool was clean specially kids swimming pools ..insects , mosquitoes and leaves were over the pool .. slides in pool were not operational due to which my kid was very disappointed… kids play garden was good … parking was also available in premises… bar do not liquor (they told we will bring what you want ) ..6.30 pm we were hungry so thought to order tea and pakora but they told only bread butter and food after 7.30-8 pm … we went outside hotel and had dinner … now most disappointing thing was we have breakfast included but they offered bread and butter and tea in our breakfast… told that cook was holiday .. what the fuck man … i told i will need a proper breakfast to which the manager raised his voice till this point i was gently speaking to him … after this we had huge argument and then he offered poha in breakfast list … the behaviour of manager available in morning 1/2 was very rude .. i don’t know how can this guy treat customers so badly … when he raised his voice my wife and children were afraid … she told me that we will go and have breakfast outside hotel … there were only 2-3 rooms booked in all over hotel that’s the reason they are not abel to maintain… hotel is expensive and not maintained .. think before you book this hotel
