Harmony Resort & SPA , Alibaug

This property is good for families and you will feel it is an amazing experience. The food quality, taste and services are fabulous. Room cleaning was good. Only one drawback you will not get hot water in bathroom 24 hours. Hot water you will get only on demand. Whenever you require hot water every time you have to call receiption and then they will open the hot water volve for you for 30 minutes or 1 hours and after that they again close the volve. As per them they cannot keep open this hot water volve 24 hours else the water will start to flow heavily. Their hot water connection are very strange and that is connected to solar system, could not able to understand this hot water theory.

We had good time at harmony resort, alibaug. Rooms and washrooms were clean, but needed a little maintenance. Swimming pool is well maintained and water was clean. They should have a washroom close to pool area. Food was tasty and not very expensive too. Free breakfast has limited options. Resort area is well maintained and clean. Staff were very helpfull. This resort is away from all the beach and tourist places- so it's better if u have your own transport mode. Hotel arranged a autorickshaw for us. We were quite happy with the service auto provided us.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Harmony Resort & SPA , Alibaug staff. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. From check-in to check-out, they ensured a smooth experience. Their warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great locality. Food is ok. If you are looking for a place to just chill, this is the place. If you want to spend a few days over here, don't take the standard room cause they are very small. Go for a deluxe room. Good cleanliness and housekeeping staff. Well maintained property

Resort is excellent and well maintained, though a little far away from the tourist destinations. However that is not a problem if you have your own transport. The food service in the restaurant however needs improvement. The food taste is good but the service is too slow.

We liked the place, did not like the standard room, got an upgrade to premium room. That was sweet. Food is delicious and reasonable. Place has a beautiful park and pool

Beautiful property with a calm atmosphere and polite staff. It is family friendly with decent quality rooms.

The resort is very nice. Kids play areas needs dusting and good flooring. Resort helped me to charge my ev car at a reasonable rate. Door locks should be upgraded to card key. Ground floor does not have any view from windows.
