    honestly Overpriced for the type of rooms they have. One shouldn't spend more than 3000 for a Room here. breakfast is served in the room. rooms are tiny, Toilets are Super tiny. location is decent. first and second floors be ready to experience the music from the club downstairs. staff is decent

    Subject: Urgent Refund Request for Incorrect Hotel Booking – Immediate Action Required Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform. At the time of booking, the reservation clearly displayed the stay period as 15th July to 16th July, implying an overnight stay. However, upon reaching the hotel, I was shocked to learn that the booking was only valid for day-use, requiring check-out on the same day, which completely defeats the purpose of my reservation. This is highly misleading and unacceptable. I was neither informed nor warned at any point during the booking process that the reservation was only for a few hours in the day. When I requested to extend my stay to include the night by paying additional charges, the hotel outright refused. I immediately reached out to your support team, and I was informed that an issue would be raised with the hotel and that my booking could be cancelled if I chose not to check in. Based on this, I did not check in and expected timely resolution. However, there has been no update or refund initiated from your end, which is deeply disappointing. Please note the following: The booking was not honoured as per expectation. I did not avail the service. I followed your support team’s advice to not check in to be eligible for refund. I request an immediate refund for the full amount paid. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further and consider filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer forum.     This hotel is in very bad order, the walls have seepage Bathtub have cracks No ventilation, congested rooms. Not suitable for couples or bachelors also. No proper cleaning, always dusty .... No sense of putting right furniture makes a room more congested

    The room was badly maintained. Smelly, the toilet seat was broken. I had to change the room. Then the alternative room they showed was very cramped and ac was not up to the mark. to upgrade to a better room. I was very disappointed by the room they showed and in reality it was not at all good for the money I spent. So finally I ended up paying extra for an upgrade and unfortunately I fell sick in the room might be coz of the food I had there at hotel and had food poisoning. Requested hotel to give some time to vacate. They were adamant that max by 2.30 PM I had to vacate. Then I offered ₹ for extension till 4.30PM.😅 Finally the horror show ended and I left to my cousin's place and stayed there.

    there is a pun/nightclub in the basement and it plays really loud music. my room on the first floor was literally vibrating. music goes on till 1:30am at least on the Saturday that I was there. it was really uncomfortable and sharing this so that if there are any elders or people who are tired.

    the photos seemed deceiving from the actual room. the bathrooms and specially the bathtub is tiny and also due to its proximity to SV road the traffic noise is quite eminent and sleep disturbing.
