Very near to airport and vegetarian food quality is excellent. Approach and ambience is comfortable. Room are clean.

Excellent Stay
Nice ambience, clean luxury room, value for money, and best part inhouse four restaurant option with saparate veg nonveg kitchen.

Great stay for the price
Very clean, well maintained rooms that were spacious and friendly staff all led to a wonderful stay. Food was decent for the price.

Neat rooms .. don’t boom the twin bed they are joint and gets separated during movement .. not for couples

Not good hospitality!
I found this property on MMT and reached there around 12:30 late night, When arrived I requested a late departure until 11:30AM which was politely denied. The next day, We got a call around 10:15 AM which definitely ruined our sleep, and due to which we couldn't sleep properly, when asked for a LCO we were informed about the Late charges! I'm also from a hospitality background and know for sure that there is nothing as such and every guest who arrived late can be accommodated slightly later. Apart from all this, Since 9:00 AM there was some drilling work started which was way too irritating and we informed this to the Front desk but no action or sympathy given (Basics). No Apologies, no regret nothing! Not good hospitality.

Great stay, but the sky is the limit. that's why, little scope of improveme.
Location was good. Took an auto from NHE Metro station. The reception was great. Nice welcome drink. Sadly, there was no complimentary breakfast. I had to get it separately, which was good, a little cold though. One small problem, was that the bright led lights of the room, had there switch behind the bed. Which ment, to access them, we needed to move the matress. This was a problem, especially because I had hurt both my hands in a recent accident. Also, the noise proofing of the room was great for outside noises, but the hallway sounds were easily audible. Plus, the amount of plastic that they use was heart wrenching. Overall, amazing people, great service, just small small things, that somewhere make the overall experience 4/5 Small thing to add, I have attached an image, of the breakfast buffet, which I highly suggest you checkout.
