Hotel Hira Palace

They give us the worst room of the hotel and treat us like we are not their guest, they don't give us any minimum requirements like towels, soap etc

Terrible location, stinking room, small packed room, dirty locality, third floor, using a narrow stairs.

It was very nice and very clean, it was clean and neat suitable for couples, nice place to stay serving good stay

PROPERTY WAS ON THIRD FLOUR CONGESTED AREA. WITHOUT LIFT SERVICE. IS VERY POOR. STAFF WAS NOT COUPRATIVE. WASHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN

Staff was very good but room inside smell is coming don't know from were.

Hotel is near by railway station but entrance of the hotel veyhard to find, cleanliness is ok but blankets are bad condition

Very bad rooms, no water bottle provided, two hira palace is there so confusing tha ways so pols don't book and one thing staff boys is good

The receptionist was very rude. Our checkin was not done smoothly, he didn't bother us, he took 30 min time to settle us into a room. There was no geyser facility as told. The fan was not working, and even after asking them number of times they didn't do anything about it.

There is no food service even tea coffee also not available in the hotel. While entering in the room you will feel bad smell. Old matters on the bed

Shady hotel like brothel. Realized it once we reached. Did not stay. Asked mm t for refund and the ticket is still open

this hotel is not worth at all because 10 times you have to ask for crockeries to have your food very bad smell inside our room even bed was not in a proper condition every time its having very terrible voice, every where you will find spit in your room which is really bad but good for drinking people because this property is at station you will find lots of bar no decent restaurant nearby highly not recommended hotel for family

Hotel hira palace is very close to the grant street railway station, which is a good place to commute easily in mumbai and a decent place to spend a couple of days.

Room was clean. Just open the windows for some fresh air. You'll find fast food right before you enter the building and grant road station right in front of the building.

Room not available at the time of check in we stayed in staff room not good enough service they excuse us they forgot to off the mmt portal

Very bad experience. No supported by staff. When second day book by mmt, hotel staff cancel book room booking, he told book to off line room.

Too different between photos and actual hotel room. Too bad. The rooms are so small and not cleaned. Highly not recommended waste of money.

Booking was done by mmt apart from that hotel took extra money from me. This we already discussed on customer care of mmt. But no response. I was travel-ling out of india and my person who took stay was new in mumbai and mmt told that they will change the hotel and another hotel is 10 kms far. Who will be paying charges for that.

This is the waste of money for these hotel and room is very small and bad is not comfortable for 2 adults and not recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed this hotel for one night. In shirt i am sharing my staying experience. 1. No proper ventilation 2. Hotel policy is its gate locked from 12 am to 7am. It's like prison not hotel where you can not go out and back post midnight

Hotel staff is good and helpful. Bathroom is not good bcos tap is running continuously. Location is good bcos every tourist destination near by this place grant road station in front of hotel so easily trip for us by train to our tourist destination. Room size is small. For single person good hotel. Hotel in 3rd floor without lift we have heavy lagguge so staff was help us to reach into room. Overall is comfortable stay. Only disappoint with bathroom
