The Cattleya Hotel Near Marol, Andheri East

Hotel is near to airport but When you enter in the room you can’t take a Breath , after sometime of turning on AV and vent you will feel ok , they don’t have kitchen inside hotel they took food from outside and the quality of food is very bad , bed sheets and tovel was dirty

The rooms were not clean up to the mark. Cockroaches in the room. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly. And they had a weird rule about the 2nd guest in the room. When one person checked out after the first day, they did not allow another person to check-in, saying that only the 2 people who check in on the firsy day are allowed to stay. If someone leaves, then no one else can stay there even if they are ready to do proper check-in submitting IDs and all. Weird rule, like maybe a lodge or something.

place is excellent, Rooms are clean,humble staff,location was good,everything is perfect for my stay.

the hotel is decent, the staff is helpful.. accessibility wise and in terms of pricing, it all fits the bill

Worst experience ever with hotels

The food was not good... also there were mouse in my room. I called on the reception still the pest control was not done

The hotel was not at all as per the description. The room, reception, lobby was smelling of smoke and cigarettes.

Very good hotel and staff behaviour and also they allow outside food the rooms are very very classy

The room size was really very small and on the name of brekafast they had only Idli and Vada with tea.. while checking out they denied the physical bill copy as well.. I personally won’t recommend anyone here

Location -close to airport and few metres inside main road.easy accessibility. Loads of restaurants in vicinity Rooms are ok for 1-2 days halt and long haul layovers. Poor sunlight Complementary breakfast very poor standard. No discount,took full payment for one night even for few hours ahead early check in.No flexibility. Bed linen was not clean and mattress provided for kids was not a proper mattress but a sponge foam used in sofas

Rooms were okay but breakfast was very bad. Hardly any choice in food. during my stay one day there was no breakfast at 9:30 am. when asked they said 'Sir it's finished'. Overall exp not very good.

From MMT website and reached to hotel with the helf of through location pin.there is no restaurant at this property. Room size is bit small and amenities and services are good.

Good experience. The hotel was good. Rooms were comfortable. We asked for iron and were immediately provided with it. The staff was readily helpful. Would book again if visited Mumbai.

Had a very bad experience staying here 1) they have not provided anything they mentioned as included, no toiletries/fridge. They won't even provide ice bucket instead asked us to zepto it ourselves. 2) Room is very small, you can hardly walk around and full of cockroach and mosquitos. Sanitization is zero. 3) Do not take included breakfast as timing is 830am to 10am and they only have paratha curd, bread butter cheese and tea. They did not even have milk to provide tea on time once 1st serving was over. 4) The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. They will not provide anything if requested. Asked for extra pay for early check-in even though it was complimentary . Asked to get out own toileteries and ice when requested. Asked if we are anyway checking out when we showed cockroaches in the room. Room was not ready for 2 and had someone's underwear hanging in the bathroom. No value for money, I do not recommend this place

Staff was not cooperative, we asked for breakfast at 7:30 am as we have to leave by 8:00AM for work, but they denied to support for early breakfast and said it will start only after 8:30 .... and I have already paid for the breakfast at the time of booking.... my money was waste..during my 15 years of experience this was very poor Experience 👎🏻

Property is good. Location is easily accessible But rooms are very compact and small. But good experience. 👍 very clean and maintained property having good vibe

Location near the airport, cozy but clean rooms, helpful staff and complimentary breakfast. nice place if you are planning to be out for work or sightseeing.
