Overall experience is Good
Hotel Staff are so nice, friendly. Upon request response was well received. Breakfast was so good & Heavy.And reasonable price for Laundry. Overall all experience is V.Good. Improvement needed: Deep cleaning is needed (Clean is above average - Good ), toilet water leaking to be fixed. Bed sheets and pillow covers are cleaned but they are having boblin makes little uncomfortable. Used laundry service should have use Comfort kind of detergent for fragrance. And room pricing should be bit expensive.

Service is ok, its complaint against in inside used material like .. good
All instruments like ac , geazer, alamari table outdated , window glass broked , good breakfast, lunch rate very high

Food quality is good. Near to Bombay exhibition centre . Supportive staff. No any problem with check in .

Good Stay
This hotel is very good for the price we are paying. Clean rooms and we got 2 washrooms and also staffs are very friendly and cooperative. We haven’t tried food yet. Hotel is situated in average location by near to highway

AC cooling slightly not effective
Stay was good. Some improvement was supposed to be done in AC as the cooling was not effective in room 402 but the hotel guys came immediately and provided assistance to improve the cooling.

Highly Disappointed – Not Worth It
Very bad experience. Room was dirty, spider webs in the corners, and the washroom was not clean at all. Breakfast was the only good which actually helped to survive ther. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Not recommended at all.

Poor Stay
Hotel is descent but the locality is very much worst. After opening window i am getting bad odors from garbage area beside. Noise is so much.

Average Stay
Breakfast veg options very less and paratha quality was not to the mark. The hotel is under renovation so windows were open throughout and hence outside noise was coming . Hotel Location is very good and in dinner biryani was excellent.

The place was okay for the budget. They have very nice food with friendly staff willing to assist with my needs. They need to improve on the Internet connectivity as I was unable to access the WiFi the whole 3 days I stayed there

Good Stay
Hotel rooms are clean only bed linen was not changed which they changed after my complaint. Bathroom is clean, rooms amenities are good, hot water kettle to be added.. Car parking is gud. Over a good experience!

Poor Stay
The staff at hotel are very rude.very commercial.they asked me to change to executive from deluxe.i had booked for 2 days but extended for one more so they closed availability & Asked me for offline booking.wash rooms are not modern.Geysers are very small.ACs are window instead to Split.Food is expensive .They are selling rooms like stock market.There is no competitor near by that's y they had Attitude.
