Young unorganised staff, very poor communication attitude. *Bath room light goes off nuber of time, you need go down to reception at 3am midnight for assistance as no calling bell or room phone. * very very dirty rooms, walls are all broken. door doesn't locks, cockrochs. *Dark hard pillows, etc.. *could be good for someone who doesn't care about all the above.

I checked in on 21/12/22 for 1 night stay. The location is within walkable distance from bandra suburban rely stn. Autorickshaw charges just rs. 20. Even if you carry small bag, prefer autorickshaw. The drivers are polite. The hotel is under fob in a busy market place. The room was small but sufficient for a single person as i was. It is freshly painted and clean. No table and chair due to small space. However, there is a big wardrobe. Ac and fan are functioning well, and the plug for charger is good. There are two switchboards. A double bed with a good mattress. The bathroom was clean and hot water available instantly after switching on. Room boy was polite and the front desk was professional. No unnecessary talk. The only deficiency is lack of door mat for bath room door. Bath room is high and one is liable to slip if wet leg touches the marble floor. All in all, it was a pleasant day for me. The tariff is high but considering it is mumbai, the mega city of india, it is unavoidable.
