The unkept and hanging elevation tiles. You never know when it’s gonna end on ur head. Elevator Smells of rotten veggies, bathroom ceilings hanging, daily basic toiletries they don’t gv u, the towels smells bad, the white bed sheets have turned yellow, ppl spiting pan at lift entrance and the housekeeping gvs a f about it.food average. Same food all 3 days: get rid of the smell every floor smells bad. Wr is the hygiene??? All m saying is . When you have charged gud amount for a room per day make sure the money is worth the stay. The least u cud do is clean bed. Polite staff!!

Pathetic hotel, no cleanliness. Not as shown in a pictures. Pathetic rooms. It looked like a shady hotel. Very very bad.

Place is good but room needs to be updated. It was way old. Including door bell, door, chair and washroom. Moreover last day we gave order for food and no body came to serve it. We complain the same at reception.

room was smelling- blanket was full of cigreete smell bathroom door was very dirty as if never cleaned- even public toilets are now better in India fan was only working at 1 position no refrigerator in room 1 side balcony door never opened lights were dim and not well lit up asked for replenishing bottle water- reception says- only done once a day asked for green tea sachet- said chargeable

Hotel building is very old I think and they have not maintained it well. I have changed two rooms because in one room ac was not working. In amenities they have listed mini fridge but in room fridge was not available. On top of that Telephone also not working properly. Food was good. But overall it was a bad experience. They need to maintain their hotel as per their charges of rooms.

Need improvement in swichboards, cable services and staff behavior. Also land line services too bad I have talked with the receptionist but no use It seems they also helpless in this regard I staying there from Dec 2018 onwards But, it's unfortunate to mentioned that every visit I feel average services and well avarage stay. One thing I should mentioned here is "Masala Chai" services by restaurant is excellent .

horrible staff attitude, room was totally unclean and had a packet of tobacco from a previous guest which was left uncleaned.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Despite repeated requests, the staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. There was no proper communication, no follow-up, and basic hospitality standards were clearly lacking. When you stay at a hotel, you expect at least courteous service and attention to your concerns – unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Management really needs to re-evaluate their training and service standards.

Absolute third rate hotel. Leaky washrooms, shabby rooms and unfriendly staff. Very overpriced for the sloppy infrastructure

amenities needs lots of improvement,since I'm staying from 2018 December. it is clearly indicated that's owener of property not serious about amenities may busy schedule bookings getting sufficient bookings may result in negligence. staff behaviour also needs improvement

no mini fridge, no working TV , AC was pathetic, staff behaviour seemed full filled with attitude. room conditions are not par with the tarriff! they are charging double of what so less they offer 😔
