Pleasant stay
We have excellent stay in Fern hotel Chembur.Mumbai. There was great hospitality. I was surprised to have upgraded room from wintergreen to Suit. Room along with big hall was there.It was neat and clean. AC cooling was excellent. Bathroom was good.They have provided Bath tub. One down side was that we did not have hot water from shower. Housekeeping person came and checked, but they told that it will gradually come.It started coming, but 2 person had already taken bath. Breakfast was excellent. I appreciate the request for little late breakfast as we could reach restaurant little late.But it was really good. I also appreciate for considering my request for little late Checkout. Overall, had great experience!! Would recommend to someone for stay.

Good Stay
i stayed for two days. it was very comfortable stay. The team is very energetic and very prompt in responding. one suggestion for Buffet dinner. The choices were very limited. The hotel should include 2-3 continental dishes.

Lot of issues with staff at main entry on parking , cab entry. Service staff in the dining place is not prompt

Excellent Stay
Beautiful and very comfortable stay , staffs were also very helpful. Room service, food all up to mark. Made special food for my Monday fasting. Bed linens were all very clean. Best part was it was near my institute.

Average experience
I did not feel it was 4 star stay. The property is a bit dated. Needs to be updated. There is no fan and the ac was not powerful enough so it was warm. Also a 4 star should have a smart tv now. Old 32 inch cable tvs are a bit dated. All in all relatively not the best experience recently, but it was alright l
