The location is nice, nearby juhu beach and prithvi theatre/cafe is walking distance. Rooms are clean, with functioning TV & AC. Friendly staff and helpful. Overall good experience.

1. Smoke smelly room. 2. Cockroach in wash room. 3. No supply of hot water for bathing all three days of stay . 4. breakfast always delayed and the time itself is 8:30Am. Even at 8:30 they are not ready for providing breakfast . 5. restaurant area too untidy . 6. this is not even worth 1 star and a fake rating of 4 star is shown. 7. location also too inside .with suffocating premises having smell of dampness.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The staff was extremely supportive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the team ensured all requests were handled quickly. The property was well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a great stay with excellent staff support. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room and Toilet was clean, location of property was good. Behavior of Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Overall experience of stay was awesome.

Location is inside hard to find. It’s has an entrance shared with Sea and sand. Also room was given in 5th floor, which was stil under construction, so day time with drilling sound and plumbing works. Breakfast was very much below average. Not worth the amount spent.

The hotel is good, but no hot water is available at night and showers are not working.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star but is below the level of a 3 star. The facilities are quite poor and the reception staff is not trained enough for the hospitality industry. The breakfast was below average. Only the location is good as it is next to Sun n Sand and the juhu beach

It was a petty good stay. The room was clean and the washroom too. Lift was not working as it was in maintenance. Though my room was on first floor so it did not matter much. Staff was also good and cooperative. The location is a bit tricky when u come to check in. Room size is a bit small and the floor of the room seemed to be wet all the time but i guess it was due to the rainy atmosphere and moisture due to thr air conditioning running. Overall a good visit. I think the cost that i paid was a little more. would be an appropriate price rather than. Management pls look into this. People travelling to juhu for business can certainly enjoy staying in this hotel. Thanks

Mattress was provided without stand, upon explicit request - was told provided to all those who requested earlier. For a big property like this, adequate quality should have been maintained. Such a small thing entirely changes the mood of the stay Hope it's noted and taken care.

The floors stayed damp and slippery all day long.

Location was good. We booked two room. Roomswere spacious.One room was good but in other room there was smoking smell even bathroom was not clean. Bathroom lock and room lock were not working. Staff was good and helpful . Overall experience was nice.

VERY RUDE BHEVIOUR WITH THE COUSTMER ,waste of money,not providing hot water,not respecting coustomers,and near by no restaurant and also hotel don’t have a food ,when we call service staff so they also not come and they show a photo of room but when we go to the hotel not exect room and very poor service and also room is very very dirty I suggest you please not book this hotel totally waste of money

I had a great stay at Asar Elite Juhu Mumbai, with excellent rooms and property management. The receptionist did an outstanding job with bookings and other arrangements, making my experience enjoyable and hassle-free.
