check in process very slow and his behavior is very rude and not polite
The room was in a terrible condition, and the check-in process was extremely slow. The staff member was very rude and impolite — he even threatened me to go to another hotel. The sink was blocked, and overall, the hotel is not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly not stay here again

Excellent Stay
Access by taxi was not easy but welcome and check in were super smooth. Room was very clean, staff was very cooperative and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Superb convenience of staying just few minutes from departure was comforting.

Excellent Stay
Very comfortable stay. Right below arrivals. They give pass to go out and come back in as well. Staff are friendly and courteous at any hour. Spa facilities are a plus for this location. Would recommend this place to all international connecting travellers.

Poor Stay
Don’t recommend to anyone .. room are so tiny and looking at the prize we can adjust but oh Specially security guard sitting outside this hotel thinks himself as some biggie army chief, so arrogant and rude. they follow the same rule as the airline which is so hilarious. certain thinks we eat in hotel obviously as per common sense we don’t carry in flight like liquids etc , cigarettes lighter, pickle .. but he says this is not allow in airline , i said yes agreed but this is the hotel i am staying, my flight is tomorrow so what’s the harm i am taking it inside my hotel room, in middle of the night he started arguing, such pathetic person ..

best part is it's within the airport premise, but worst part is above is the only best part, food is below average or would say extremely poor,chicken was either over cooked or re-cooked or too old to cook, found previous guests hairs in bed, towels are very rough with strong chlorine smell but overall full marks for convenience and location. suggestion - speed up the check-in process

Terrible Stay
Niranta is a terrible hotel with very poor facilities. Guests cannot even leave a bag inside the hotel. Also, each visit outside has to be recorded at the airport gate, even though entry card is issued by the hotel rooms are small and are not soundproof. Even normal conversation or a television playing in one room can disturb the next room. With continuous movement the hotel is not sound proof at all. Room service is very limited and the reception staff needs to be more service oriented. Overall, a very poor experience
