Pleasant stay at an accessible Hotel
Hotel was located at the accessible location-near Marol nakha metro. Rooms were super clean, neat, electronically operated, clean toilet, best toiletries, with 4 star facilities like iron box, iron board, mini-fridge, steamer, etc., Food was neatly arranged and tasted nice. Overall a 4-star experience. Keep up the good work

Terrible Stay
I have to wait half hour to get the room @ 1.00 in the night. Staff was very rude. They told me they give service to clients doing booking directly with them

Average Stay
Nothing special like 4 star hotel. Washroom was clean but very small and exhaust fan was not working. Due to that room was getting wet infront of washroom and it smells as well.

The ambiance and decor of the room were good . Staffs were courteous. Only one lift was operating ...took time to go up / down .

Excellent Stay
I stayed for 3 nights in Wing B and had a great experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistently good. The breakfast had a nice variety and was well-prepared each day. The bar service stood out — very professional and attentive. A well-maintained hotel with excellent service. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Andheri East.

Stay Away
This looks like a poorly maintained old hotel. The rooms have a bad odour, beds are uncomfortable with old linen and the food is pathetic. There was some renovation going on in the hotel and there was a noise of drilling and hammering throughout the day that made matters worse. Not worth the price that it charges for a night

Excellent Stay
The stay was very good but one very bad experience was there is no restaurant in the hotel and it was shocking for us...coz there is only one restaurant that was only some limitations food and other was only with Buffet. but as we expect all there is nice restaurant like Punjabi, Chinese , south indian etc but there were no such type of food available so very bad experience for food. even shocking news that in Mumbai and even near by airports such type of hotel available it's was shocking for us.

A good hotel to stay at JBNagar, Chakala, Andheri east.
Location is good, easy access to metro. Food is comparatively good. I like the airport transfer service.

Pleasant Stay
We stayed at the hotel for a night. We availed the airport pick up and drop service as well. The hotel is very convenient to reach Mumbai International Airport. The staff is polite and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at solitaire restaurant. The buffet spread was generous and starters were served at the table. The food quality was good. The dinner and breakfast both had live counters. However it took a while and few reminders for our luggage to reach to our room. Also swimming pool was not operational. Later we got a call from hotel and we were pleasantly surprised that one of our chargers were found by them. We had already left Mumbai by then so we asked them to courier the same to relatives and they did. Nice Gesture!
