Wind Flower Residency

Hotel wind flower residency is pathetic. They don’t even have windows, i mean that’s basic isn’t it? on top of that the rooms are smaller than your washrooms at home, trust me i know room sizes are particularly small in mumbai but this was small as hell and claustrophobic. And btw no amenities here, wifi doesn’t work they don’t provide water bottles and coffee in your room infact they charge for everything!

Tv not working, room service not good, overall very bad service, we have no choice because money was debited

If i could rate this place in negative than i would donthat. The ac doesnot work the bed are bad and dirty. The staff is not polite.

At first instance the reception said that the hotel is full and no room is available. After lots of deliberation insisting to refund money the hotel guys agreed to providing a room. On inspection i found it very dirty and shabby. The walls were dirty and leaking. No tv set on display. It was a very bad and disgusting experience. I would suggest mm t to periodically review the status of the hotels prior to booking and that to with no refund policy.

wind flower saw wrong photos and attracted the people when you done your booking and visit that property it's look like terrible hotel in under construction room are under maintenance lights not work water problems

Every corner of room and sofa had fungus and water seepage. The toilet was used before check in and since there is no window you cannot stay for even a minute. Avoid at all costs.

Rooms are small and filled with moisture. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Value for money for the area.

Dirty roach infested place. Tv faulty, no tea making facilities, no fridge. But the roaches in the bed was the last straw. Condemned

There was construction work going on in the morning which is why we couldn’t sleep and there was no water available. So loud and noisy, wouldn’t ever recommend this to anyone

Room shown in photos and actual room allotted was very small and uncomfortable. Bed attached to wall. There should be more leg space and at-least a bottle of water should be provided.

The room was not clean as we expected.

No service. No tv all 6 days, no hot water, roaches everywhere, no toilet tissue, internet very bad, clerk did not know password. 1 tiny soap. The worst time of my life. Could not even get cab to leave. For certain they only know checkout time. I deserve refund.

Shady hotel we were there for a couple of hours only just for showering and to put our stuff while we are in a hospital for medical check up. It's not a decent hotel, people smoking everywhere, rooms not clean, highly unhygienic, and many more.

Jail like rooms, u feel like u are on a punishment tour owner is all waiter counter n bell boy, i ran out of the room as i checked in don waste your money

Staff was clueless about booking and payment. Also there was no water supply in the room. The shower did not work. There wasn’t water to flush the toilet either. Horrible stay.

Rooms were unclean and unsanitised even after we requested for a cleaning. This is a major safety issue considering the ongoing pandemic. Even though we checked in on time, our rooms were not ready and we were given one room very late. The staff constantly lied to us about the availability of our room, as they were prioritising other bookings. Would recommend that you pay slightly more and have a more comfortable and safer stay.

Good for the price ad can be recommended

Hotel was easy to locate. Room was clean and tidy. Washroom was clean and hygienic. The room was small and mosquitoes were there. Area to the hotel was not clean and it was dirty.

Hotel was good as per interior and ambiance but location wise it was hard to find, though it was on the Road. For transition the hotel is fine.
