My stay was very niche. The room was clean and awesome. Had a nice stay and would love to see it again.

The stay was really good. They made sure that we are comfortable, and gave whatever we get and in fact, they made sure that we are fed at time. They gave us a reminder calls about breakfast also which we needed, it was best stay from past 2 to 3 months.

Poor Stay
The hotel and stay was quite confortable, however the staff and customer service was very poor. When we checked in they they have offered 20% coupon on food and didnt specify anything. Upon check out they said its only for dine in and not for room service items. But tha thing is dine in or in room we have ordered food only. This was the upon ask the lady said and I quote "I was there when you checked-in and I have mentioned that it was for dine in only" who does that. I will book some other property when I visit next in Mumbai. Thank you.

Poor Stay
Time limit for food They allow breakfast before 10 am and dinner before 10 pm. My flight was late so i reach their after 10 pm.hotel staff said me that dinner was closed.After discussion they arrange me dinner but quality was average.

Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Security point hotel is very safe.All staff is very humble.Hotel have very clean fresh atmosphere.Pool area is very fresh and clean.

Average Stay
The hotel from outside looks good but we had asked for a twin bed and was given a king bed. Apart from that Ac of the 1st room was not working so we had to change the room then in the 2nd room the TV subscription was not working that was corrected later. So overall a little disappointing experience. And the checkin process is unnecessarily long. Thanks

My experience is good at Bloom, i got king size bed at the cost 5200 including Breakfast and second day price hike by 700 they charged 5900 without breakfast and provide me twin sharing bed, food is good staff is co-operative

Excellent Stay
Clean rooms, helpful staff and an easy to find location. Was staying with my extended family and they all liked it. The check-in process can be made a little faster though.

bloom weh located on western highway. it is good to stay for them who have their work in bandra or fort area. it is near to airport. ambience, room & cleaning of room, house keeping is good, there is veriety of item available for every one in breakfast. City view is also better
