not a great property
It was not as per pic uploaded here . Very small . It was not cleaned. Old building . I cancelled and went other place. MMT pls upload genuine pictures so no one will get fooled Not a good hotel as it was looking in photos . Old property not maintained Not good for couple. We cancelled our stay and went to another hotel

Average Stay
as per the facilities provided, I will class this as a 3 Star hotel and not 4 star. location is good. the room layouts could be better. Room 610 i found too compact and somewhat claustrophobic.

Good staff behaviour and fast service and food is also good and location is just near by Juhu beach

Excellent Stay
Location is very close Juhu beach, property is well maintained and staff is very courteous. We took one bed room suite and it was value for money. Breakfast was good enough but can be improved.

Good for a short business trip
The location of the property is very good. It is on juhu tara road and just 15-20 minutes from terminal 1. Breakfast was also good.

familyEasy to locate and proximity to juhu beach. Warm welcome at reception and guided when asked a question. Breakfast was excellent. Variety of options. Some maintenance work was going on, so a minor convenience but nothing to complain

soloCheck in process is very slow and helpless location is fantastic. Near juhu beach checkout process is average. Over all very slow and old fashioned place. Lot of noise during the day due to on going construction in the hotel.

Excellent Stay
Stay at regenta the emerald mumbai was excellent. Nice clean rooms and pure veg restaurant. Service was also good. Overall very good experience.

Terrible Stay
Room not clean, food ordered not delivered for more than 2 hours. Restroom stinks and tv not recharged. Unable to view channels

Excellent Stay
The check-in was fast and front desk person swift in the service. The room was clean, shower was great and finally breakfast good choice. Next time in mumbai, i will stay again.
