We have enjoyed our stay in Ibis Mumbai BKC.
I would suggest to offer better quality of snacks, properly packed in the box in the hotel room. As bakarwadi snack pack was not properly sealed,crispiness of bakarwadi was not upto the mark. Also customer may hesitate to eat from open ended pack.
Also you should keep special staff member in dining area at the entrance for welcoming / guiding the customers regarding lunch/dinner area,assisting non techno savvy customers for ala carte menu.
