    Dear team, We have enjoyed our stay in Ibis Mumbai BKC. I would suggest to offer better quality of snacks, properly packed in the box in the hotel room. As bakarwadi snack pack was not properly sealed,crispiness of bakarwadi was not upto the mark. Also customer may hesitate to eat from open ended pack. Also you should keep special staff member in dining area at the entrance for welcoming / guiding the customers regarding lunch/dinner area,assisting non techno savvy customers for ala carte menu. Once again I would like to thank all the team.Also special thanks to Mr.Jay.

    A Good Experience at IBIS

    The room and stay experience was really good. Got a complimentary buffet breakfast for one day as the hotel was understaffed and had to wait to get my room. Overall, food was good but room service is a bit slow, including housekeeping. Iron box and stand available at the premises. Hotel is located on the main road and easy to get cabs.

    Dinner buffet was terrible. Staff at dinner was the most horrible. House keeping is very lethargic. No toilet paper. No fast service. Seepage in the room

    Very comfortable stay

    The location is great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. Above all, the staff is very courteous and caring. They gave us a small gift hamper and a lovely hand written note to welcome us. That was the icing on the cake!
