Location is great but reaching the hotel took a lot of effort due to traffic. Staff excellent and polite. Rooms neat. However they didn't provide basic amenities for two. they gave for one person considering it was a two people stay. Overall a good stay. Highly recommend

Broken Glass, Dirty Pillow cover and 10'o clock buffet over
This was the third long stay, the dinner buffet closes at 10, a broken glass was never replaced and pillow covers equilateral to cleaning rag. Stay here if you are an early Eater

Good premium place to stay near BKC
Pros: 1) The hotel is just 2 km from BKC where US visa processing is done. 2) The property seems properly maintained with Kohler branded sanitaryware in bathrooms. 3) The rooms size is as mentioned with AC in rooms as wells as common areas 4) Amenities provided as promised. The apartment had washing machine, fridge, Tea/coffee maker, microwave oven, large TV etc, Things that could improve: 1) Instead of instant Geyser with limited storage capacity, 15-25 ltr storage water heater could be better option to use hot water shower in place of filling bucket with hot water 2) I had taken lunch/dinner + breakfast. Although both servings had enough selection of items, overall I can give 7/10. Other comments: On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded free of charge and got an entire apartment at my disposal. They were also accommodative to provide me late checkout

Nice Stay
The rooms good and have decent storage units as well. Staff is good and responsive. The bathrooms are clean & well maintained.

Bad location
The property's location though close to BKC is not good. As a female solo traveller I didn't feel safe at that location. The surrounding area is not good. There is a lot of dog barking at night which distrubed me a lot. The room service was okayish, though they didn't provide some items. L The property's location though close to BKC is not good. Terrible Stay
Hotel took the non-refundable deposit amount and put me in a shabby room. The bathroom is out of the room which was not mentioned in the details. Alloted a smoking guest in the same flat although I booked non-smoking room.

great place but some things need to be noted
