the washbasin was clogged ... and rooms are very small and congested .. I should ask for refund indeed ..

Rooms are very congested. Washbasin was clogged, there were cockroaches as well. We added breakfast, but was not served, only good thing , there are lot of authentic places acessible near to this hotel Overall average stay experience

centre of mumbai. easily access and main road entry. clean but room is short and without windows. after placing bed a there is no space to use.

Very nice budget hotel in Marine Lines Mumbai near the famous Metro theatre. Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Crawford Market, Bombay Hospital, Churchgate at walking distance from this hotel. staff behaviour is very nice and supportive.

Standard room is hardly 5 feet wide. It’s infested by cockroaches. Bathroom is 2 feet wide and congested. Standard room is only for solo traveller that also as a last resort considering

Location: v. Good; rooms: awful. My wife and i stayed for 2 days. We reserved and paid for a deluxe room but were given a tiny room with no window on the ground floor. There was literally no space to put our 2 suitcases. The room had not been cleaned properly. The next morning we left the key at the desk and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned in the evening, the room was not cleaned, so we were shifted to another room. Breakfast: poor; front desk person: uncouth and impolite. Totally unsuitable for interaction with guests. Acs in the rooms work well. Staff: helpful and polite.

The experience was good but when communicated about early check in they were being little reluctant, also since the bookings were done a month prior instead of offering the last room of first floor a better room could have provided, but it was value for money as all the essentials were functional like tv giser ac phone
