Staying at Kohinoor ATC was a different experience altogether. It's a private hotel management institute which has few rooms available for commercial use. The building has 4 floors dedicated to a primary school and 3 floors to kohinoor ATC. Given the background the rooms are spacious and have a renovated bathroom but entire space is full of seepage and fungus is visible in corners. Couldn't use the wardrobes as they were damped and no hangers. No choice for breakfast and just to pray for a good turnout at morning 8.15 am (though it served fresh every morning). It may turn up a good facility if rooms get repaired and HM students can be enrolled for a hands on experience.

This property is at walking distance from Shree Siddhivinayak Temple. Very close from Dadar Chowpatty. Multiple food options available at nearby location. The rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. You can see the Bombay sea link from the room. The only things we are not impressed with the Service and Breakfast options.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was enormous, well-equipped with modern amenities, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. It offered a very comfortable and relaxing environment, perfect after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The hotel’s location is ideal for tourists, its completely secure with many attractions nearby—including the renowned Siddhivinayak Temple—making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The hospitality was truly commendable. The staff were polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in process. I had requested an early check-in, and they accommodated it graciously without any hassle, which was a huge relief. One of the highlights was the food—delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The hotel serves only vegetarian and Jain cuisine, but every dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. I firmly believe that if they were to add non-vegetarian options, the quality would be just as top-notch, given their attention to detail. Overall, this was a highly satisfying experience. From spacious rooms and cleanliness to great service and a prime location, everything was well above expectations. I would definitely return here for future stays.

Average and not worth for the pric

The property is very old and poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are not in good condition, and overall, the facility feels not well. It is not worth the amount charged. The photos shown online were likely taken when the place was new and do not reflect its current state. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was quite good,staffs also good
