Hotel Aura Near Malad Link Road

Good stay and help full staff they come in 1 call my AC was not working he come immediately and fix that AC. Gentleman I don’t remember his name he gave me upgrade room that was very good and while check in process very quickly not to wait thank you nice hospitality.

First of all, rooms are with bugs, no hot water at all untill you ask the staff.

I have never seen such the worst hotel and their services. they don't even have a manner that how to behave with client .I will not gonna use MMT ..they are useless property and all the staff are seriously useless

location was easy to find but parking is on the road, hotel has no parking facility, lobby was dirty n someone had spat paan so it was pathetic, breakfast time started at 9am, so left b4 that. the room was decent but dusty, hot water shower was good.

Location and food really good along with location. Courteous staff and very reasonable for few hours any solo traveller

Not a good stay. Basic amenities were missing—no hot water provided, which was very inconvenient. We had booked a room for 3 people, but the bed was too small for even two. For an extra bed, they t, which is unreasonable for the quality offered. Overall, not worth the price. Definitely not recommended.

I have booked Aura Hotel by MMT but on the reaching there, staff said hotel is full and no room left and also said they have blocked bookings from MMT which creates problem at last time. I can’t appreciate these types of nonsense.

Room service is very poor required improvement

the room was clean and the staff was attentive..the location is in the centre and access to nearby places is easy..

Very Small Rooms, No TV, Paint smell all over room, they charged extra Rs.1500/- for early check in. Room service was slow, asking money immediately for every order, even for water bottles.

Room was very dirty and even make my trip didn't respond to my complain air conditioner was not working

Room was not good as per picture hotel was under construction.

The stay was amazing and mr. Rajnish jha helped to have an amazing experience and took care of everything with utmost care.

Hotel hospitality was good. . Didn't opt for food. But it seemed they didn't like people coming through booking.

The stay was good, service was on point, hina on reception did an excellent work with our check ins and check outs and overall stay.

I had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly cooperative and polite, making the experience even more pleasant. A special shoutout to hina, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Her efforts made my time here truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality"
