All rooms are recently renovated. Good value for money small hotel. Don't expect too much. Basically I liked it because of location (2 min from western express highway and just 3 km from NESCO exhibition centre.

It was worst experience about eco hotel

We went to eco hotel for checking in at 10pm on 4thjan, but the hotel denied it by saying no vacancy. we were denied the room & were asked to cancel booking. after they gave alternate accommodation in a1 lodge near malad station, which was worse experience. As my dughters exam was there next morning, we adjusted with whatever accomodation provided.

The entry gate should have a board an indicator. The room is very small and hence no faces like a chair and table, ward robe/ closet. There is no kitchen run by the hotel. Food is served from outside which is packed in a non higenic way. ( hot tea in a thin, plastic carry bag / pouch ) However, i was changed more than the tariff display on board at reception. However cleanliness and reception staff service was good.

Room condition not acceptable not worth it !

The room was dirty, there were too many mosquitos, a very small bathroom area, and the wardrobe was very shaky and damaged, not at all an eco friendly hotel. Not worth spending the money we did for a two night stay even though we had to leave early due to family issues. For the same kind of money that we spend we could have had better choices.

Terrible experience

We went there after my wife’s surgery, and it was the worst experience in my life. The room were so smelly and damp, you cant stay there for more than hour. The bedsheets are dirty and also the plates we asked to have food are dirty as well. And then comes the bathroom, it was so small, it seems they have forgot to build a bathroom there and later from a portion of the room, created the bathroom. There was no water upon multiple times calling. We earlier booked for a day as my wife shouldn’t travel much after surgery but survived there for two hours and had to leave to navi mumbai to my relatives.

Whatever I asked, they served it promptly, solved everything very fast. Staff was humble and polite all the time. Came to drop luggage into taxi when leaving. Kamal is a good host. If you are travelling towards Airport or Goregaon or Malad, try this Hotel. It is on Road Western express highway. Thanks for the good service.

Terrible stay

Was really slow in the accommodation. Took after an hour to sort out room. Instead of packed drinking water, they served water inside another bottle. No room service and not clean.
