Great place to stay good food, service 👌

There was construction going on at reception starting 9am till 7pm, creating loud noise .. the bed was not at all comfortable.. AC was very old and creative h noise..the old construction floor was allotted and they said we give preference to customers approached us .. overall a bad experience

The hotel Grand Residency was overall a decent hotel and I like the overall ambience and maintenance. Staff were good. However, 3 things really should be put in the review 1. He hotel didn't change the bedsheet of my bed. There was a drop of blood on it. They changed all bedspreads immediately on complaint 2. The floor was full of dust. Not cleaned. They cleaned quickly 3. The hand shower in the bathroom had no pressure. While they looked into it, they didn't not satisfactorily resolve despite complaining a second time

The property is in a fantastic location, surrounded by apartments of Bollywood celebrities. The hotel staff was very courteous and even upgraded my room free of charge. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony view, and the bathroom was neat and clean. Although it was a short stay, it was extremely comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again with my family next time.

The stay was excellent. My room was upgraded and super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.

Very good service and prompt. Staff was very helpful and we appreciate the attitude. Hotel is well located with shopping and eating places within walking distance. Food was fresh and good quality and reasonable priced

The AC was dripping throughout the night. We called them to come and fix it but they took 45 mins to do something but still were not able to fix anything. The morning breakfast had food files and mosquitos. we called and asked them to take it away so that no one should eat that kind of food. Additionally, when we wanted to order food at 1 am (mid-night), they said it was under peat control. There was no information given to us about it so we had to go in search of food at midnight. Overall it is a badly maintained place. The only good thing was the person who greeted us warmly at the entrance. Please call them and ask them before booking if they have things in place. warning!

Good. Should be tried for service stay. A bit expensive though.

My deluxe room was perfectly furnished with all facilities and this was complimented with great service - be it in arranging a ride to the airport or helping me set up my wifi connection. Unlike some of the comments I had read on some of the travel websites, I was not disturbed in my room unnecessarily and was allowed to enjoy my stay peacefully. Everything about this hotel screams consistently great quality. My only gripe is with the food at the coffee shop. I had ordered a Panneer starter and some Chinese fried rice. While I wouldn't call it terrible, I wasnt too pleased with the taste. Apart from this one issue, I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers as well as people just planning to chill out in Mumbai for a few days. Lastly, if the hotel were to offer complimentary free wifi for a few hours, guests like me would be even more satisified! :)

Too much expensive for that type of room . 5000 is enough for that type of room. Keys didn’t work properly. Breakfast was not that good I had stomach problem when I eaten. Location was not that good

Absolutely 5 STARS . Very very good. No complaints . Very very good breakfast, best for a 4 star. Please tip them . Very good Sardar at the door. Please tip him . Immediate and attentive room service and staff BUT BE AWARE. No bar/pub. BYOB OK.

The hotel is in a good location and very central. It is a bit expensive . . It is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. The food at the hotel was not so good. However, when I said I was unhappy with the food they immediately changed the order. I booked a standard room but however I was upgraded for free to a suite which was really good.

Room was nice. But sometimes we had stinking smell. Except that we had nice experience. Purpose of the stay was a meeting. Valuable for money we spend. Sometimes we will prefer the same hotel for our next business also. Overall experience of our stay was nice. Thanks for your help. Goodluck !!

Average rooms and service, good location and food. The staff was good. The hotel is not very big, covering small land area. The service can be improved a bit. Overall a good hotel for a stay of 2-3 days.

I have stayed here just a few times and had an OK experience. I couldn't put my finger on what about the place was disappointing me. It's well located and housed in a nice building in a nice part of town. I have found the staff cold and unhelpful in most instances. From the doorman to the check in at the reception it is all very cold and almost rude. No one ever smiles or makes an effort to make you feel welcome. The room service, laundry staff etc. Are equally uninterested and almost argumentative. The vibe of the place is not right. I wont stay here or recommend it again. And the rooms are priced as much as the Taj or the Novotel on busy dates.

This place amazes me every time I go !! Great location. Spacious, neat and clean rooms. Good food and close to work place. Friendly and helpful staff. My choice of hotel on a business trip always. Will visit again

Nothing spectacular or horrible but it's a decent hotel. Would recommend if the price is good compared to any other hotel at the time of booking which is how I picked it. Good luck and hope you enjoy your trip.

Location is great. Very highly priced for this hotel. Not worth the tariff. Charges are at par with a 5 star hotel but lacks the facility. Extremely not worth the stay at this price. Should avoid the same.

I was upgraded to the studio so that was good. Good location and very clean . I hotel staff are not the most friendliest . The Breakfast Spread is decent . Good for a quick stay as location is convenient.
