The entrance was good, and the staff's behaviour was very polite. Complimentary breakfast is really tasty and high quality, I want to give rating 5 for breakfast but when I ordered food for dinner it was a disaster. I have ordered mushroom mumtaaz and paneer pasanda by the recommendation of the staff , a full waste of money. butter naan was also okay okay. But the price of food was fair. The room was a little compact , the weird thing is that when you demand water then they will charge extra above the mrp The amenities were good but the area is a little compact. overall a nice experience, if needed I will stay again but request the hotel owner please work on your food.

Bad wifi, waiter upfrontly walks in the room and upfrontly asks for tips which is really bad behaviour, got a call 2 hours early to check out

Room quality was poor: Mattress, linen & toiletries were very average. Restaurant service especially for a buffet lunch was very unprofessional, quality of food was very average and the reception staff wasn’t customer friendly the reason they knew that we are not a party of the evening party group but allocated rooms near to the banquet where they were playing loud music upto 11:30pm. Room was given next to the laundry area where you can have the noise upto midnight. Worst experience of life.

The room was really good with excellent hygiene and the service was also good.its a perfect place if any one wants to stay in western suburbs.

services are detoriating day by day. no chair in room except study chair which is too short. person gets just fixed,smaller in size. bathroom-- no hand towels or tissue. TV channel are not available, particularly HD channels. seen one cockroach in stairs of floor 6. Housekeeping/ room service-- guest keep after eating, empty plates / left over food,is lying overnight and more. it becomes an eyesore when you come and go. why Housekeeping/ room service clear immediately rather than keeping outside rooms and later on accumulating on stairs. overall experience is not good.

Good comfortable stay. The veg buffet was excellent with a lot of variety, great complimentary breakfast. The location is on the main road within the heart of Malad. Decent place for parking as well.

Property was decent, room that we were allotted to had a weird cigarette smell and was just in bathroom which gave a headache !!!! room service food was not that up to mark as per cost... Breakfast was good and had good options and taste was good too!!!
