Property is well maintained, location is good, only one suggestion to keep the food price affordable

Everything is very good: cleaning and staff behavior. However, the bloom display bar in all floors corridor is always empty; they don’t put snacks there, so it is always empty. My suggestion is that if you are unable to provide snacks, please remove the display from all floor corridors.

Rooms can be a slightly bigger Staff excellent Breakfast can have a better spread for the cost Same goes for dinner Rest all great

I recently stayed at Hotel Bloom and absolutely loved it. It’s a boutique-style hotel with just the right amenities super clean rooms, comfy beds, and a nice, modern vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; you can tell they genuinely care about guests. The food was excellent too fresh, tasty, and well-presented. Plus, the location couldn’t be better if you’re visiting the U.S. Consulate it’s super convenient and easy to get around from here. Overall, a great place for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay with a touch of warmth and personality. Would definitely stay again!

The check-in process is crazy and cumbersome. Noisy room AC, delayed service, disappointing restaurant. It was a disaster staying at this place

Bloom hotel is located near to jio world center and BKC. hotel has very unique colour combination room, decor and lobby, Bathroom towel and accessories are very good in quality, very smooth procedure of checkin and unlocking room with your phone, no key needed. stay was great and staff is good.

Probably the worst management and service i have seen at any bloom hotel, it is a totalthere staff would charge you even for housekeeping services and pathetic hospitality rooms were decent and property was fine too but you do not expect services of this kind and the behaviour of their staff was full of arrogance and attitude it was a really bad experience

Bloom Hotel is located right on the main road and thus easily accessible to the business district at BKC. The hotel has bright colours throughout giving it a fresh an lively look and has welcoming staff at the reception. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and was ready when we checked in.

The property is brand new and all the staff were accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. The restaurant food at second floor is also pretty good.
