Check in was @2pm,I reached the property@245 pm and still the room wasn't ready.finally checked in @4pm.The room was very unhygienic,found 2 cockroaches whom I managed to kill.the water in jacuzzi was all reddish brown,upon contacting the reception they sent their technician and they kept trying to fix it for nearly 1 hour 30 mins even after that the problem was not fixed.then we were shifted to another room.even there the jacuzzi was dirty and there was no TV in the washroom as shown on MMT.had a terrible experience with this property.even oyo rooms are cleaner than this so called 4 star property.please check before listing such properties on your app

really I never expected the room stay. proper ventilation, I think ita too high... I just came for brand, I hope selected wrong hotel. . I booked executive double bed, they given club room. after reaching room it was horrible experience . extra bed not able to put in room. it's look like lodge with centralized ac. good thing : breakfast good , hot water available 24×7 horrible experience : in photo it was too long. in actual it's too short. I never felt the experience as premium hotels. windows not openable. swimming that's other end. no proper spacious. I left the hope to idea to take swim.. makemy trip have taken care of quoting such high amounts

Location is very nice, plush area, lot of cafes and eating joints nearby and at walking distance. One can take a morning walk to the beach which very peaceful and refreshing

The location is good. It is near beach and many clubs . The staff is welcoming. The room size is medium. They should improve breakfast quality. They should also consider noise proof windows.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite giving prior notice about the requirement for a king-size bed, I was allocated a twin bed. Upon raising the issue, I was told that all rooms were occupied and the only way to get a king-size bed was to downgrade, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, housekeeping took over five hours to clean the room, even after multiple follow-ups. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering any future bookings at this property.

They had taken 2000 rs for early checkin by 12:30 pm

Very poor service... they took more than hr to check in and allotted different category saying that the booked category is not available

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The swimming pool looked nothing like the photos online — it was smaller, not well maintained, and shared a space with the gym. People were working out right next to the pool, which made it very uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. Definitely not the serene setting shown in the pictures. Breakfast was poorly managed. Most dishes were empty, and it took a long time to get anything refilled. Staff didn’t seem attentive, and the whole setup felt chaotic. Cleanliness was also an issue — the bedsheets and blankets clearly hadn’t been changed, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. To top it off, the hotel tried to downgrade our room without telling us, and we only found out after checking in. We had to insist on being given the room we originally booked. Overall, the stay fell short in every way — misleading photos, poor service, lack of cleanliness, and questionable management practices.

Horrible stay unfriendly staff sad food the music of club is so loud that you can’t sleep till 3 in night . Not recommended no value to money

Location was good, room was neat and clean, food was good, services was good but they have a night club on the top roof which can become an issue with some guests.

Amenities and services are pathetic. Poorly maintained washroom, uncleaned cups. Stinking 🙁 rooms. The room was not prepared for a guest.

It was a very bad experience, after paying so much money, Service so bad, Receptionist never picking the phone, Room service number also no one picking up, house keeping number also no one picking up the phone, for water we have to be thirsty till morning,
