The staff was polite and good. They helped us whenever needed. However, at night we ordered chicken lollipop which was double fried and that caused stomach upset to my wife. Other than that everything was great.😊

Good Hotel . Slightly old rooms but neat and clean . Food is also good . Service is also good . Had a pleasant stay for my business visit .

Their rooms are way small, not for claustrophobic ☠️ locality is not that good isolated and lonely , breakfast buffet was below average, who eats sweet rajma and sweet sambhar let them know no one.... nothing veg in dessert. Very tiny room. Room is not clean. So much patches in wall, it’s look like 500 rs room. Service is very poor

The food was okayish. The service was attentive, which made the experience bit better. There aren’t many amenities, so if you're expecting more facilities, you might be a bit disappointed. Overall, it was fine but could be better with a few improvements.

The location is good. You will find autos easily. They were very prompt with the services. The room was decent and they carried out daily maintenance

The room was not cleaned properly . Bathroom shower was leaking, telephone not working. Stay was not good experience

We stayed in the room with king bed, it’s a cozy room good enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Very limited luggage space. It was clean and up to mark. The staff is also very helpful and deliver at just one call. Good food we were on alacarta but their buffet spread seemed decent. Location wise 20 on 10 right next to railway station

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, The hotel staff is very co operative,food is amazing and very hygienic.

Overall Satisfied. Good room, good food and very accessible location. The room was neat and clean. The only concern was with the room size. it was a bit congested for the movement.

Hotel staff was very good and they upgraded our room from Deluxe King Room to Executive Twin Room without any extra charges. Room was clean, all the essential amenities were provided, bathroom was very good though room could have been a bit bigger and same permanent marks of drawers and cupboard should have been wiped off. Buffet breakfast had a good amount of options to choose from so overall it was a very good experience.

The stay was good, room was decent to sleep and the housekeeping staff is miserable not even trained I guess and so unprofessional I had my Do Not Disturb Lights turned on still the housekeeping guy went on smashing the bell for like 6-7 minutes straight and even tried to open the door with another key copy of the room (which the hotel obviously has of every rooms) fortunately I had locked the room from inside what if I hadn’t locked and I was asleep he might have come in took something and left so this was the biggest issue for me while may stay over there.

Everything was fine expect WiFi , our last stay 3months before also we have same issue. No internet connection at all

The facilities shows on make my trip I could not find there like no freeze in room room size is also not according to mention or so many facilities like dining in room is not available

Overall it was a great experience, rooms were good and supportive staff very close to jogeshwari station hardly 50 -100 meters
