The room and service was good. Room AC was not proper initially but after 1 hour cooling was good. Food was average, chicken was not fresh they are using storage food I believe. Compared to the price the food was not up to the mark.

Good food, complimentary upgraded my family to suits, the entire hotel staff is very helpful and very polite. At the time of checkout they gave us complimentary sweet box. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cosy, cleanand Hygienic
The staff is Courteous, Rooms are Very clean and neat with very Good Hygiene... Food is Good.... The location is a little Odd on Map...near the Main Road... My suggestion to Put Hoarding on Stree side Gate and a security Cabin to guide customers to guide Main Entrance. I recommend this Hotel to Family and Individuals who are looking for cosy and Hygienic stay....

I expected a better service!
1. Location Entrance not nice; but convenient 2. Food was good 3. Services to be improved. 4. The TV and Remotes was too bad to operate. The remote never worked; had to call the technician twice 5. Few channels not connected. 6. The small desk was cluttered with too many advertisements stands. 7. Room service was done, but no towels provided. 8. You need to be very careful about your personal belongings in the room. Pls keep it locked or under locker!

Excellent Stay
Got upgraded to a fantastic 2 bedroom Suite by the property and had an extremely comfortable stay. Breakfast was OK and has scope for improvement but really enjoyed my stay overall.

little Sad experience.
I am quite regular for this property. It is good clean and neat property. The only problem with this property every time u ask for smoking room, it’s unavailable. This time same issue happened. They alway say you need to book the room for at least 3 nights... which i did. Secondly the room which I was allotted what’s not the mark. First the orientation, send only AC not working properly. On of the AC in room was dripping water. In an all slightly sad experience. And lastly the check-in experience should be much better.
